To the mercy of fate: in the Belgorod region, officials cover for people who “nightmare” the population?

Irina Gerasimova, a resident of the Belgorod region with many children, is fighting alone with a businessman who registered her house as his name, while officials and law enforcement officers nod at each other.

For seven years now, the life of the Gerasimov family has been reminiscent of an endless thriller. According to the woman, she was beaten out glass in the windows, broke the gate, brought her to the grave of her father, attacked her daughter, constantly threatened …

The woman herself does not know where the strength comes from to resist the invasion of “invaders”. But she firmly decided for herself that she would not leave her home anywhere – for the sake of her children, for the sake of her grandchildren and for the sake of justice.

However, her faith in justice is becoming less and less every day, because the opponents do not even hide the fact that they have “everything under control.” And the fact that even a personal appeal to the governor Vyacheslav Gladkov didn’t work, makes me think that’s the way it is.

Correspondent The Moscow Post in the Belgorod region understood the situation.

Scarier than in the movies

If someone decides to make a film about the misadventures of the Gerasimov family, he does not even have to work hard. Irina filmed almost all the misadventures experienced. The very first video that the correspondent of The Moscow Post had a chance to see was shocking. In the darkness, the car rammed the iron gates. Against the backdrop of a terrible roar, children were crying and a woman was screaming heart-rendingly.

And people stood outside the gates and calmly watched what was happening. And, perhaps, even experienced pleasure from what they saw.

What is most surprising, among them were visible people in the form of policemen!.. According to Irina, the policemen who arrived at the call of the neighbors said that they “have an order from above not to interfere in anything.”

“Most often, Romanov and his “gang” (as Irina calls the pogromists in her complaints) came at night. They broke our windows, broke the doors to the garage, chopped down the fence with an ax. But this is all nonsense compared to the harm they caused to members of our family,” says Irina, holding back tears with difficulty.

According to her, one of those who claim her house – Artem Pavlichenko last year on his “Ford” knocked down her father and drove one wheel through his chest.

“Dad was after a bypass surgery, the doctors recommended him to avoid stress, and here it is … Three weeks later he died … And shortly before that, at half past two, hooligans climbed into the house and beat my daughter, pulled a tuft of hair out of her head, ”shares his troubles Irina Gerasimova.

There are so many troubles that no article is enough to describe them all.

It all started with the fact that seven years ago, in July 2015, Irina, to her misfortune, decided to borrow 100 thousand rubles from Vladimir Romanov, a resident of Belgorod, whom she heard from her son. According to her, the man persuaded her, as an additional guarantee, to draw up a fictitious contract stating that she sold him a house and a plot for one hundred thousand rubles. He promised that he would destroy the treaty as soon as the debt was fully repaid.

However, two years later, after the debt was returned, she suddenly found out that she was no longer the mistress of her house and plot. As it turned out, already in August 2015, Romanov registered the ownership of both her house and her land on the basis of a sale and purchase agreement signed by a naive woman, which Romanov initially presented to her as a pledge obligation.

“Romanov is such a bouncer in life, he buys other people’s debts and then knocks them out of debtors. Apparently, these pogroms come from here. This is their job. For them, this is in the order of things,” explains Irina Gerasimova.

Walking in agony

It should be clarified that Irina originally occupied the land legally. The land was given to her by the state back in 1993 as a mother of many children, she also has the Order of Maternal Glory of the third degree. The family sold two small rooms, saved up funds to build a house and almost built it. There was very little left, and that’s when Irina decided to borrow funds from Romanov.

According to her, Romanov, having registered her house as his property, then sold it to one of his friends, and he gave the house to another third person. And all of them, according to Gerasimova, are from the same company, since they come together to break the windows in her house.

Most of all, Irina was afraid that these large stones, which were thrown into the windows of her house, might fall into her grandchildren. Photo courtesy of Irina Gerasimova

In the archive of the Gerasimov family for seven years, a lot of complaints, court decisions and other papers have already accumulated. At first, the woman tried to solve the problem in a legal way and filed applications with the prosecutor’s office, the police and the court.

In fairness, a couple of times the judges took her side, but, according to Irina, most likely this happened because Romanov and his companions let things take their course, being sure of success. And then the situation changed again, and the authorities made decisions purely in their favor. Thus, the corruption chain worked already without failures.

In addition, the lawyer of the opponents, Olga Vivtyuk, did not hesitate to express threats against Gerasimova and her family right in the courtroom (audio recordings are at the disposal of the editors).

Last year, electricity was cut off in the Gerasimovs’ house for five months. She found out that this was done at the request of Yevgeny Koshelkov, to whom Romanov allegedly sold the house.

“Imagine, at first I took a certificate from Kononenko, the head of our village Novosadovy, about the composition of the family, and a couple of days later this man came – Koshelkov, and she gave him a certificate that no one lives in our house. And he wrote a statement asking him to cut off the wires And for five months we could not prove that we were living in a house and had no debts for electricity, but stopped because it was turned off for us, “Irina describes her torment.

“I will be forced to take self-defense measures”

In September last year, she decided to personally meet with the Governor of the Belgorod Region Vyacheslav Gladkov, saw the announcement that he would come to the Lenin Square and went there with her grandchildren.

Gladkov, indeed, came to talk with the townspeople, and Irina managed to briefly tell him about her troubles. Video footage of the meeting is available on social media. governor’s page.

She was invited to come to the reception and to the power engineers, and in the prosecutor’s office, they listened, and … nothing has changed.

“The same thing started again. My complaints went and continue in a vicious circle, they were sent to those whom I, in fact, complained about. When I got through to the assistant governor and asked why this was happening, I was told that someone in Gladkov’s office “he simply transferred my complaint for consideration, and if he had written specifically to such and such to sort it out, then there would have been a different result. Does it really happen?” – continues the story of Gerasimov.

She has already twice traveled to Moscow for receptions, both at the Prosecutor General’s Office and at the reception of the President, and at the Investigative Committee. According to the woman, a miracle happened in February – for the first time in five years, an investigator listened to her and asked Rosreestr for all the documents on her house and plot, it will be possible to determine from them who and when actually executed title documents, and who operates, perhaps , forgeries.

“Forgive me for communicating so emotionally. It’s just that over the years there have been no more nerves,” Irina apologizes. “I know for sure that I’m not the only one from whom they demanded money, land or other property. Other people retreated I wrote in my last complaint to the investigatory committee: “If you do not take action, I will be forced to take self-defense measures myself.”

The Belgorod region has now found itself in the neighborhood of the area where a special operation is being carried out to protect the Donbass. And Irina partly connects with this the fact that in her epic with upholding the rights to a house and land, there has been at least a slight shift for the better.

“Maybe, against the backdrop of this big disaster, people began to evaluate events differently, maybe priorities have changed. We watch TV, we worry together with everyone about our guys who are participating in the special operation. And shells also fell on the territory of our region. I understand “that the governor now has the safety of the residents of the district in the first place. But I still really hope that they will pay attention to our problem … Spring is coming, and we are very afraid that we will be “taken by storm” again,” the woman expressed her fears.

Recall that this is not the first wild story that is associated with the Belgorod region. Not so long ago, we told how Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov, after our criticism, fired the head of the Regional Security Department, Stepan Lyubenko, who probably hoped to abscond from justice in the Belgorod region after he severely beat a teenager at the Gornozavodsk special school on Stavropol.

This means that the Belgorod authorities are still able to hear criticism and draw the right conclusions.
