The Tushinsky District Court found lawyer Timur Marshani guilty of fraud on an especially large scale (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code). He was sentenced to four years in a penal colony, Kommersant reports. Civil suit for 3 million rubles. from the former principals of the lawyer, the court left without consideration.
Businessman Rodion Aloets died without leaving an inheritance. If the trustees had not refused his services, the outcome of these cases could have been different, says Marchani.
