“Three O” was credited against the security of “Gulliver”
The owner of the mall ” Gulliver (150,000 sq m near the Sports Palace) is Tri O LLC, which pledged it in state-owned banks for $675 million ($537 million to Oschadbank and $138 million to Ukreximbank), ORD writes.
Since 2006, Oschadbank has been intermittently led by the current head of the NBU, Andrei Pyshny, a friend and colleague of Yatsenyuk, a friend of Yermak). Pyshny repeatedly motivated lending to the company Tri O LLC on the security of Gulliver.
Indicators of Tri O LLC in 2021 revenue: UAH 1.05 billion, loss: UAH 280 million (2.7 billion UAH was a loss in 2020).
At first, Tri O LLC was owned by Omelchenko, then V. Aliev-Veselov-Kucherenko, under Yanukovych they sold Tri O to Viktor Polishchuk (Donetz, the burst bank Mikhailovsky, the Eldorado-Technopolis network, allegedly a relative of D. Medvedev, is connected with the Russian oligarch Gutseriev (BINbank, Russneft, Safmar, Lukashenka's friend, Mazepin's opponent).
