They offered “gratitude” of 10% of the tender amount for the purchase of medications for the Institute of NAMS: suspicion was reported to two participants in the scheme

Note that this supplier offered the highest prices. After winning the tender, the company promised participants in the criminal scheme “gratitude” in the amount of 10% of the transaction amount. In the end, she was the winner.

When the defendants transferred to an official of the Institute part of the “remuneration” for winning the tender – 60 thousand hryvnia, they were detained in accordance with Art. 208 Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism).

Under the procedural leadership of the Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office, a representative of a private medical company and a pharmacist from one of the Institutes of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine were notified of suspicion of providing unlawful benefits for ensuring victory in tenders for the supply of medical drugs (Part 3 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
