The billionaire himself, according to rumors, allegedly does not want to directly participate in this construction project. But at the same time, it is he who acts as the ultimate beneficiary of the ABZ-Dorstroy joint-stock company, which is a co-founder of the Baltnedvizhservis company.

A limited liability company has a minimum status fund of 10,000 rubles. There are no reports for last year, and the year before last there was no revenue or sales. The official number of employees is 14 people. And also there is data on the encumbrance of the shares of the founders.
And now a completely logical question, how could such a micro-enterprise manage to get a concession for 50 billion rubles from the city government? Just think, billions for a dubious LLC with an authorized capital of 10 thousand and no revenue in recent years …

Profit for the year before last amounted to 393 million rubles, which is 3.7 times more than the year before last.
Among the founders of the joint-stock company “ABZ-DORSTROY” there are two companies with zero number of employees. And in both cases, the founder is Mikhail Kalinin.

We are talking about Leonid Gindin, who is the general director of ABZ-Dorstroy JSC, and until 02/01/2019 was the head of Construction Technologies CJSC. But most importantly, L.A. Gindin is a confidant of the “asphalt authority” V.V. Kalinin, who owns JSC “ABZ No. 1”.
