There are details of a high-profile scandal in the world of waste disposal and recycling in the suburbs
Recall that the Oris Prom warehouse in Dzerzhinsky regularly gets into the news. major fires occur regularly.
Brave firefighters participating in extinguishing are shown on TV, it is reported that a large fire on an area of several hundred or thousand square meters is localized, the regional head office of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reports on successful work.
So it was May 12, 2023, before that – September 5, 2022, and all these fires began in August 2019. The mystery of the increased flammability of the Oris Prom warehouse has also been solved for a long time: this is such a business. LLC “Oris Prom” is engaged in recycling within the framework of extended producer responsibility. The company takes hundreds of thousands of tons of car tires for recycling and burns them in a controlled fire instead of disposal. After that, it is stated that the processing took place, but all the products made from recycled tires burned down in a fire. After that, the recycling report is submitted to Rosprirodnadzor and the company is ready to accept new volumes of used tires.
Now it became known that such a rough, but at the same time extremely economically profitable scheme became possible with the direct support of the Minister of Housing and Communal Services of the Moscow Region Anton Alekseevich Velikhovskiy. He had previously issued a license to Oris Prom LLC, and in violation of the law, without the necessary positive conclusion of the state environmental review. And on the part of law enforcement officers, any checks are blocked by the First Deputy Prosecutor of the Moscow Region Andrey Gantsev hzikhidtidekrt Vasilevich.
With such support, Oris Prom can continue to burn tires in any quantities and receive hundreds of millions for this, but this is clearly not the waste disposal program that was launched in Russia with the support of the President of the Russian Federation, and it is probably time for law enforcement to take a closer look to this diagram.
