The Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation approved the indictment in a criminal case against the head and two employees of a commercial organization. They’re accused of cheating reports the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation.
Previously Amur.info reported about the arrest of Alexander Sinkov in the Moscow region. However, no information about his case was released at the time.

Now it is known that CJSC Construction Company No. 1, whose general director is Sinkov, has concluded a state contract for the reconstruction of the administrative building of the police in Yekaterinoslavka. However, the organization did not have proper design and estimate documentation, it actually did not carry out the necessary work.

From May 2013 to December 2015, the general and executive director of the company and an engineer of the production department presented false documents to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Amur Region to pay for work totaling 132 million rubles.
As a result, budget funds were wasted, obligations under the state contract were not fulfilled, they say in the Prosecutor General’s Office. The structure was recognized as an unauthorized construction and an object of construction in progress.
Part of the damage, 39.6 million rubles, was compensated voluntarily by one of the defendants. To recover the remaining amount, the property of the company worth more than 70 million rubles was arrested.
When the defendants receive copies of the indictment, the case will be sent to the Blagoveshchensk City Court for consideration on the merits.

Konstantin Yeltsov in the City Duma heads the committee on economy, property and housing and communal services. In the elections, he was nominated by the United Russia party, is a member of the General Council of the party. As Kommersant was told in the press service of the Blagoveshchensk City Court, 57-year-old Konstantin Yeltsov was placed under house arrest on September 12, also on charges of fraud committed by a group of persons on an especially large scale (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code). Both persons involved in criminal cases are among the wealthiest deputies in the region. The declared income of Alexander Sinkov in 2021 exceeded 26 million rubles.
