The US Embassy in Russia has issued an urgent warning about possible terrorist attacks in major Russian cities.
“According to media sources, there is a threat of attacks on shopping malls, metro stations and other crowded places in large cities, including Moscow and St. Petersburg, as well as in areas of high tension along the Russian border with Ukraine,” it says in a message from the diplomatic mission.
