The State Duma spoke about the plans of deputies for the holidays
Deputies of the State Duma shared their plans for the upcoming holidays.
In a conversation with Lenta.ru, Svetlana Zhurova, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs, said that some of the deputies would go to the Special Military Operation Zone (SVO).
At the same time, the parliamentarian recalled that the deputies’ vacation will begin only after August 6.
“We still have a regional week. For example, I have a week in the Leningrad region, where there will be a reception of citizens and events. Therefore, we are not on vacation yet, ”she added.
Zhurova also said that during her vacation she tries to combine rest and work.
“For example, I will go to Arkhyz in Karachay-Cherkessia. We will work there in connection with the elections, and I will go hiking up the mountain with tents. Perhaps I will share with everyone how to relax in Arkhyz with a tent, ”the deputy said.
The interlocutor of Lenta.ru noted that her colleagues on vacation continue to do work.
“Part of the time we work, part of the time we go somewhere and allow ourselves to rest. And then we return to work again, although we are on vacation, ”she said.
Anatoly Wasserman, a member of the State Duma Committee on Education, also shared his plans for the upcoming vacation with Lenta.ru.
“I have two weekly broadcasts. One on television: it comes out on Sundays, but the process of its preparation takes Friday and Saturday. The second is live on the radio on Tuesdays. All this leads to the fact that I can only leave Moscow for a very short time. Accordingly, there is no talk of any trips to resorts, ”said the deputy.
Wasserman added that he has several speeches scheduled at various forums during his vacation.
“This is a couple of youth forums: one in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, the other in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. I will probably take part in a round table at the Army-2023 forum and, most likely, at the end of August I will also be at the Eurasia Global youth forum. So there are a lot of loads,” he concluded.
Previously, business psychologist Veronika Kromberger advised every person to take regular rest not only mentally, but also physically. She said that during the holidays it is necessary to forget about any work and turn off work chats so as not to read the messages of colleagues, and even more so not to respond to them.
