State Duma deputy and TV presenter Yevgeny Popov commented on the initiatives of his colleagues, who propose prohibitive measures to solve certain problems.

The parliamentarian touched upon the topic of electric scooters. According to him, this type of transport has become not just entertainment, but a full-fledged public transport in Russian cities.
