Norwegian police detain businessman, co-founder of Venture Investments & Yield Management (VIYM) Andrey Yakunin for launching drones in Svalbard, the company told RBC. Yakunin is the eldest son of the ex-head of Russian Railways Vladimir Yakunin.

Yakunin is the founder of the “Petersburg of Dostoevsky” Foundation and President of the St. Petersburg State University Alumni Association.
