The son of the former special representative of the President of Russia for relations with international organizations and the former head of Rosnano Anatoly Chubais 42-year-old Alexei Chubais filed for divorce from his wife Ekaterina Chubais. The Octagon drew attention to card of this case on the portal of justices of the peace of the city of Moscow. In the case file, Chubais Jr. is listed as a plaintiff. This spring, it became known about the departure of Anatoly Chubais from the country and the divorce of his brother, Igor Chubais.
The dissolution of the marriage of spouses with minor children goes through the justice of the peace, and not through the registry office. The last hearing on the case, held on June 30, lasted only 20 minutes: the Octagon correspondent was not allowed to attend the meeting, and the lawyers declined to comment. In addition to children, the parties could share assets, for example, located abroad. The proceedings began in the spring and, for some reason, coincided with the departure of Anatoly Chubais from Russia.
If the spouses disagree about the divorce, then the case is considered by the district court, and not by the world court, as is happening now with brother Anatoly Chubais. The politician’s brother, Doctor of Philosophy and sociologist Igor Chubais, is also in divorce process, and this divorce also began in the spring. It seems that the entire Chubais family urgently decided to draw a line and divide the property.
Alexei Chubais tried to follow in his father’s footsteps and become an entrepreneur, but so far everything is not going well. In the middle of the 2000s, the son of the head of Rosnano took up test drives and car racing, and acted as the technical commissioner of the competition. Later he created company “Kvadrotavr” organization of events for automakers, specializing in technical support for car and quad racing.
The company in 2015 earned about 100 million rubles, but was liquidated in the same year. His company Avtomaniya was also associated with technical support for car events, but Chubais left it in 2017. Belonging to him Viator Co. liquidated in October 2021. A year ago extreme travel agency “72 latitude” Chubais Jr., opened at the height of the pandemic of a new coronavirus infection and working in the Arctic, also stopped working, as Oktagon wrote.
octagon.media, 04/23/2021, “The travel agency of Chubais’s son closed”: It looks like the company has been working in gray for some time, without registration – the site was also opened in 2019, and, according to company’s financial report, for 2020, its revenue amounted to zero rubles, a net loss of 22 thousand rubles. The company’s website says that it owns a fleet of Sherp all-terrain vehicles, ATVs, buggies, SUVs, but they are not reflected on the balance sheet.
In addition, in February 2021, representatives of the interdistrict IFTS No. 46 for Moscow visited the company’s registration address (20 Arbat St., 1st floor, room VII, k. 3, office 52) and did not find anyone, and Chubais -junior as founder and director for false address in FTS got black marks from the department. At the request of the tax authorities, the company also blocked an account with Alfa-Bank. […]
The owner of the company embellished the history of “72 latitudes” described on the site (wide geography, 15 years of operation), including his past businesses. Back in the middle of the 2000s, he started organizing a test drive, regularly participated in the Expedition-Trophy auto race, and acted as the technical commissioner of the competition. […]
The next project, the Avtomaniya company, was also associated with technical support for car events for various car manufacturers under the Chariot Event trademark. The eldest son of the ex-head of Rosnano left the business in 2017, follows from the base of the Kontur.Focus service. Now Chubais has only Viator LLC left in this industry, which in 2015-2019 earned from 7 million to 24 million rubles a year, but ended 2020 with a loss of 1.9 million rubles. — Inset K.ru
The ex-wife of Chubais Jr. did not have a business either. In 2017-2021, Ekaterina Chubais owned a small bar-shop in the center of Moscow, registered with the company “Beltrade”, but the project never showed a profit. The accumulated loss for four years amounted to 7 million rubles.
woman.ru, 03/24/2022, “Chubais’s son went bankrupt, and the daughter does not talk about her father: how the family of Russia’s most unpopular politician lives”: Alexei Chubais, 42, lives in the capital. After his father built a country mansion, he moved into his duplex penthouse with an area of 188 square meters in the premium residential complex Mon Cher on Bolshaya Yakimanka. […]
Anatoly Chubais’ daughter Olga lives in St. Petersburg. She, like her father, a politician, received an economic education and got a job in an international company. She keeps the details of her personal life behind seven seals, and never answers questions about the famous dad. It is known that Olga married a certain businessman quite early and changed her last name – she became Polikarpova.
Despite the divorce of her parents, she maintained an excellent relationship with her father and several years ago became the head of his charitable foundation “Steps”. It is dedicated to supporting talented children and youth.
The heiress of the politician owns an apartment in the northern capital worth about 200 million rubles, which is registered to her husband, an elite foreign car and brings up the only granddaughter of Anatoly Chubais, Varvara.
Like her older brother, Olga at one time tried to build a business, but did not achieve great success in this matter. All the companies that she opened did not bring much income and sooner or later went bankrupt. — Inset K.ru
Chubais Sr. also got divorced and changed wives more than once. In 2012, he parted ways with Maria Vishnevskaya and married a filmmaker Avdotya Smirnova. The manager left the ex-wife an apartment in Moscow with a total area of 175.8 square meters, land plots in the Moscow region and the Tver region, a BMW X5 car, a Yamaha Venture SXV70VT snowmobile and a trailer. With Vishnevskaya – this is his second marriage, which was concluded in 1990.
From his first marriage, with Lyudmila Grigorieva (whom he met “on the potato”, and married in 1978), Anatoly Chubais has a son Alexei and a daughter Olga, who is married to a small businessman Grigory Polikarpov, who has owned his restaurant in the Czech Republic since 2012 .
@zhabaigaduka, 06/09/2022 10:05 PM: Grigory Polikarpov – the husband of Chubais’s daughter Olga – owns a house (built in the 15th century) on Gusova Street in the center of Prague, real estate is registered with Edama Gold. The well-known publisher Václav Matej Kramerius, the founder of Czech periodicals, lived in this building in the 18th century. And in the 19th century, a publishing house was located here. Polikarpov did not publish a newspaper or books, but opened a brewery and a restaurant called “At Three Roses” there. The opening ceremony of the pub in May 2012 was attended by the then President of the Czech Republic Vaclav Klaus. He tasted several types of beer, which were made right in front of him. “I hope that the beer will be produced in accordance with the EU regulations, and definitely will not be non-alcoholic!” the Czech president joked.
Only the purchase of the building cost the son-in-law of Chubais 600 thousand euros, but the costs for it are definitely much higher. — Inset K.ru
