The owner of the Kazan construction company, ex-deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Ziganshin, is preparing for the commissioning of his largest contract – the launch pad of Angara rockets at the Vostochny cosmodrome. Its cost amounted to 39 billion rubles.
Despite the failure to meet the deadlines for the contract, the contractor received another order for the construction of the Sakhalin route measuring point for 2.5 billion. Meanwhile, several high-profile scandals are connected with the activities of Kazan.
So, for example, when one of the constructed stadiums was handed over to the customer, 900 violations were revealed. Their elimination had to be sought from the contractor in court.
During the construction of the Vostochny cosmodrome, inspectors discovered facts of large-scale theft. As a result, searches were carried out at the office of the Kazan company as part of the investigation. In addition, Ziganshin himself became a defendant in a criminal case on non-payment of taxes for 2.6 billion rubles.
According to independent sources, the businessman invests the “removed” funds in real estate abroad. The Ziganshin family owns an apartment in the suburbs of Dubai, with an area of 74 square meters and an estimated cost of 15-17 million rubles. The property is registered to his daughter, Dinaria Ziganshina. Kazan owner’s wife Svetlana Ziganshina owns another apartment, which is estimated at 5 million euros, is located in the elite area of the capital of the Emirates Palm Jumeirah and has an area of 488 square meters.
Next door in Dubai, there is a villa of a friend of Ziganshin – the head of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The area of the mansion is 480 square meters. The household is registered in the name of his wife’s sister, Venera Gafarova. It is interesting that earlier the friends made an interesting deal: Minnikhanov received from Ziganshin a house in the center of Kazan with an area of 1.5 thousand square meters, and in return he provided him with a basement in one of the business centers of Kazan with an area of 700 square meters.
The businessman also took care of his second daughter. Adela Zainutdinova and her husband Timur in 2014 received the ownership of the Godilonda villa, which is located on the coast of the Ligurian Sea in the commune of Rosignano Marittimo, Italian Tuscany. The area of the mansion is 1.7 thousand square meters, the land plot is 11 thousand square meters, the cost is 6 million euros.
The Zainutdinov family owns another Italian asset – the Pontello villa, which is located near the Godilonda. Its area is 1.2 thousand square meters, and the cost exceeds 7 million euros. The villa has its own beach, and its own park adjoins the household. It is worth noting that this mansion was recently tried unsuccessfully to set fire to. A bottle with a Molotov cocktail was thrown into the villa.
