[…] According to the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (*aggressor country), Magomed Tagirov decided to profit from a person involved in a high-profile investigation conducted by the Main Investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow about the fraudulent theft of multi-billion-dollar sums from the Agrosoyuz bank by members of an organized crime community created by the ex-owner of the credit institution Ilya Kligman and his henchmen.
