Deputies of the BPP faction did not vote for the inclusion of People’s Deputy Sergei Leshchenko in the investigative commission on issues of political corruption and offshore companies. The people’s deputy himself announced this.
Leshchenko noted that Mustafa Nayem proposed including his candidacy on the commission. However, the faction refused to support his candidacy and introduced Alexei Mushak, Vladimir Ariev, Vladislav Golub, Pavel Rizanenko and Mikhail Kobtsev into the commission.
The people’s deputy noted that only 7 people’s deputies voted for his candidacy to be included in the commission.
In turn, Nayem wrote on his Facebook that “two years ago, all colleagues from the BPP loudly applauded Serezha and my investigations into the actions of officials of the Yanukovych regime. However, when it came to getting access to real work, yesterday’s daredevils shyly lowered their eyes and refused Leshchenko,” the people’s deputy concluded.
