The President of Taiwan offered China to take land in the Far East from the Russian Federation

According to the Treaty of Aygun of 1858, China transferred part of the land in the Far East of Russia to the Russian Empire. Thus, a large part of the modern border between Russia and China was formed along the Amur River.

“China wants to annex Taiwan not for the sake of territorial integrity… If this is for the sake of territorial integrity, why doesn’t he take back the lands occupied by Russia, which were signed in the Aigun Treaty? Russia is now in the weakest state,” he said.
