The police of Khimki near Moscow were shaken by a devastating inspection from the Ministry of Internal Affairs

The auditors familiarized themselves with the accounting and registration discipline of the local police and identified a lot of violations.

In the service for supporting the activities of duty units (SDCH), a lot of “overdue” materials and unlawful decisions were discovered (such as rulerefusals to initiate criminal cases), and most importantly, concealment of materials that have a real perspective, for the sake of statistics.

The latter is abused in many police departments, for example, in neighboring Solnechnogorsk, where the criminal investigation department for remote scammers has been confidently among the top five leaders throughout the Moscow region for a long time.

There, for the sake of statistics, to put it in slang, the materials are “mocked” in the following way: opposite the received statements about a crime, in the electronic journal there is a check number for another material, where, accordingly, a refusal to initiate a criminal case was issued.

It turns out that since there is no case, the department does not have an unsolved case on its shoulders. According to the interlocutor, a collegium will be held on Tuesday, where, if they do not decide to “hush up” the mess in Khimki, the result will be a large debriefing, including personnel decisions. And the next target of the inspectors will be the Solnechnogorsk police, where not only the duty units will be subject to inspection.
