The owner of Domino’s Pizza began the bankruptcy proceedings of the Russian business

The company could not find buyers, the external debt of the restaurant chain is estimated at 520 million rubles.

The parent company of the DP Eurasia NV pizzeria chain announced that it could not find a buyer for its Russian business, and therefore initiated its bankruptcy. The statement also says that the external debt of the Russian segment of the company amounted to 520 million rubles, but it had already been fully repaid by the Turkish subsidiary.

The company announced plans to sell assets in the Russian Federation at the end of last year – among the reasons the impact of sanctions was indicated. The company abandoned investments in Russia and receiving royalties shortly after the start of the NWO;
