The killer of the Rospotrebnadzor official – 37 year old Rustam Batyrbekov. He confessed to everything and admitted guilt.
The suspect was brought to an investigative experiment, where he told and showed how he killed Natalya Radchenko. Batyrbekov stated that he had not previously met the woman and attacked her because she “pissed him off.”
Batyrbekov was previously convicted of rape and battery.
