The Kremlin discussed the process of changing elites in the country
The process of changing elites does not stop at the last elections. This opinion was expressed by the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov in an interview.
He explained that the elections were held, despite all the complexity of their volume. The Kremlin representative noted that a lot of work had been done, since 20 heads of regions and 20 parliaments were elected.
“The process of changing elites can never be completed, because as soon as it is completed, stagnation begins. This is unacceptable, so it is a constant process, like riding a bicycle. The bike can’t stop,” he said.
