The Dzerzhinsky District Court of Volgograd began to consider a criminal case against an investigator for particularly important cases. He is accused of taking a bribe.

According to investigators, the crime was committed in 2018. Then the defendant, through an intermediary, received bribes from two defendants in a criminal case that is in its proceedings. In total, 21 million rubles were transferred to him.
Now the case has been sent to court for consideration on the merits.
The first meeting will take place on September 19.
