The court established that the accomplices fraudulently stole budgetary funds allocated for the production in 2013 of work on the arrangement of an intelligent system for monitoring parking spaces on the street and road network of the city of Moscow.

“To commit illegal actions, legal entities were found in order to use their details in the manufacture of fictitious technical, certification, payment and other primary documents to steal money (to prove the supposedly proper quality of the equipment). At the same time, all equipment (parking sensors, base stations and electronic scoreboards) obviously did not meet the requirements of the tender documentation. The amount of damage caused exceeded 660 million rubles. noted in the press service of the Moscow region prosecutor’s office.

Kommersant.Ru, 11/07/2017, “FSB is interested in overhaul in Moscow”: So far, it is only known that Alexander Shukurov, who graduated from the Moscow State Construction University in 1999 with a degree in urban construction and economy, began working in the field of capital repairs in Moscow back in 2008. In particular, in the GKU for the overhaul of multi-apartment residential buildings in Moscow, he went from the head of the technical department for the preparation of design and estimate documentation to the deputy director. Alexander Shukurov was appointed to his current position in March 2013. According to the declaration of the officialhis income for the past year amounted to about 3 million rubles.

It should be noted that the overhaul directorate headed by Mr. Shukurov is the customer of some major tenders that the city authorities conducted under the city improvement program “My street”. For example, in 2015, this directorate held a competition for the improvement of Leningradsky and Ryazansky avenues, as well as Varshavskoye highway (in the amount of 2 billion, 1.89 billion and 1.76 billion rubles, respectively). And in 2016-2017, Mr. Shukurov’s company held tenders for the arrangement of the Garden Ring in the amount of 11 billion rubles. — Inset K.ru
