Investigators opened a criminal case against the former general director of Norilsk airport on suspicion of dacha bribes for concealing unfinished work at a construction site.
This was reported in the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR).
He is charged with article 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Giving a bribe to an official on a large scale”) for two criminal episodes. According to the investigation, in December 2020 and in the fall of 2021, the CEO transferred the money to an official of another organization to hide the fact that part of the work on the reconstruction of the airport infrastructure was not completed.
The person involved in the case was detained, the issue of choosing a measure of restraint for him is being decided.
