Fiscal authorities included 255 million in the Tekhnostroy register of requirements

The Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk Region began the first stage of bankruptcy – a monitoring procedure in relation to the construction company Tekhnostroy LLC from Magnitogorsk. The plaintiff in this case is the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 16 for the Chelyabinsk Region; the proceedings have been ongoing since March of this year.

According to the court decision, a debt in the amount of 255.7 million rubles was included in the third stage of the register of claims of the debtor’s creditors, including the principal debt of 152.3 million rubles, 102.2 million rubles of penalties and 1.14 million rubles of fines. At the same time, part of the developer’s property is pledged to the Federal Tax Service and VTB Bank.

It should be noted that Tekhnostroy was also involved in the construction of facilities on the territory of the new sinter plant No. 5 of the Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works.

According to the Kontur.Focus system, Tekhnostroy is 100% owned by Marat Alguzhin. The company’s net loss for 2022 amounted to 242 million rubles, revenue fell to 296 million rubles. It should be noted that Alguzhin is the director and founder of 11 companies, including another developer, Tekhnostroy, who managed to make a profit of 830 thousand rubles, and the Magnitnaya hotel in Magnitogorsk.
