Authoritative entrepreneurs, the mother of the deputy plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation and even a kind of mistress of the time – that’s who “Chronicles” found among the neighbors of the founder PMC “Wagner” Evgenia Prigozhina. He settled in the north of St. Petersburg long ago and it’s time to take a closer look at his estate.
Prigozhin’s family nest represents a typical “Chechen baroque” in the middle of the shelter of a poor Chukhonian, as Pushkin described the nature of these places before the founding of the city. Lurid houses surrounded by a gray sky, the same water and eternal mud. There is also a platform for the restaurateur’s personal helicopter. The settlement was built by Prigozhin’s firm. It’s all modestly called – “Northern Versailles”.

The entrepreneur personally owns one of the 49 unique mansions, three more belong to his wife and daughter. Between “Lakhta-Park” and “Versailles” there was a place for a helipad. From there, a small Robinson R44 helicopter regularly takes off – the personal air taxi of Prigozhin and his family. This place has been the sphere of interests of chef Putin since the 2000s. First of all, he actually privatized the street passing through the village, and the lake shore nearby. Of course, we cannot be 100% sure that these are the same people, but there are complete matches in full name, and these characters can also be identified by indirect signs. Here we mention the most interesting of them.
Of course, several houses belong to the Prigozhin family. This is clear. But among the inhabitants of the “Northern Versailles” we will find, for example, the mother of the deputy plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the North-Western Federal District Vadim Potomsky. In 2016, he became famous for being declaredas if the tsar of the 16th century, Ivan the Terrible, did not kill his son, but allegedly he died on the way from Moscow to St. Petersburg (founded in the 18th century).
There is also the home of the founder of the popular Vulkan casino, Vladimir Skigin.
