What can we say about the “second-tier counterparties”, which, in turn, were attracted by these controversial contractors: Equator, Capitalgroup, Elektrotorg, Hydroproject, Electrotrade, Lanos. Meanwhile, money circulated steadily throughout this vertical and sometimes went beyond it, including the notorious VIT LLC.
