Judge of the Leninsky District Court of Perm, Oksana Korepanova, granted the petition of the investigation and appointed in absentia the former director of the Perm charitable foundation Assistance – XXI Century, who fled the country Elena Naidanova arrest in jail. Naidanova was given a written undertaking not to leave in absentia, a Properm.ru journalist reports from the courtroom. Consideration of her criminal case has been suspended for the time being.

According to Properm.ru, Naidanova may be in France. The next hearing in the case of the second person involved, Elena Lopayeva, will take place on July 25.

Then her preventive measure was replaced with house arrest, and then with a ban on certain actions. Both defendants first fully admitted their guilt, entering into pre-trial cooperation agreements. As part of their execution, the defendants testified that in fact the money spent on needs management team of the then governor of the region Maxim Reshetnikov. He is a witness in the case. However, the Main Investigative Committee of the ICR, which investigated the case, did not find confirmation of this version. In Perm, the trial continues on the case of embezzlement of 67 million rubles from the Assistance – XXI Century charitable foundation. The charge of embezzlement was brought against the ex-director of the fund, Elena Naidanova, and the former vice-premier of the government of the Perm Territory, Elena Lopaeva. The interrogation of witnesses has now begun. One of them said that the funds from the fund went to the personal expenses of the ex-governor of the Kama region Maxim Reshetnikov. As it became known to 59.RU, at the meeting it was discussed in detail what kind of expenses these were.

Today, June 21, a witness was interrogated in court – the ex-director of the department of logistics of the regional government apparatus Radik Khamzin. Part of his interrogation was held behind closed doors.

As it became known to 59.RU, in the closed part of the meeting, the content of the correspondence between employees of the governor’s administration was discussed. In particular, it follows from these materials that the ex-head of the region visited prestigious restaurants in Perm with his family, and then representatives of these establishments came to the regional administration to pay them in cash from the funds of the Assistance – XXI Century fund. The court announced the amount of the check of one such visit to the restaurant – 18 thousand rubles.

Also, according to the source, the correspondence indicated that at the request of his wife, a children’s slide was ordered from Moscow to the Perm residence of the ex-governor – the attraction was intended for the children of the head of the region. As follows from the materials voiced in court, the assistant to the governor bought the slide for half a million rubles, and Naidanova transferred the money to her. Separately, according to the same scheme, cigars were purchased for the ex-governor.

According to the same scheme, a Mercedes was purchased for nine million rubles for the representative needs of the ex-governor – according to the source, the car was immediately registered as the property of the municipal government institution “Management for the Operation of Administrative Buildings of the City of Perm” (MKU “UEAZ”). Maxim Reshetnikov traveled in a foreign car in Moscow when he came to the representative office of the Perm Territory in the capital.

It was also announced in court that his adviser Leonid Davydov lived in the residence of the head of the region on Dokuchaev Street and money from the fund was also transferred to his needs – in particular, Davydov did not like the too hard mattress, so he was bought another one. According to the same scheme, according to the source, business class tickets were bought for him. The materials also describe a specific case: the adviser asked for a specific place – 1A, but it turned out to be occupied. The administration staff were tasked with vacating this seat and transferring the passenger, but it turned out to be Philip Kirkorovwho refused to grant the adviser’s request.
