As for the second episode, the court found that the official, together with the founder of Kirov Plant of Hunting and Fishing Equipment LLC Leonid Yafarkin committed fraud: the company acquired the rights to a municipal plot of land and subsequently sold it at a price that was more than 400 times the amount paid to the city. As a result, the municipality suffered damage amounting to about 165 million rubles. There were two corruption episodes in the case: in the amounts of 7.8 million and 1.5 million rubles. One bribe was intended for inaction in organizing fuel supplies to ATP JSC, the second was for ensuring the conclusion of contracts with Convenient Route LLC.
