IN Zheleznogorsk The court sentenced the director of a management company who caused damage to a resource supplying organization in the amount of 8 million rubles.

This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the region.

According to the investigation, 59 year old for 10 months, the man did not transfer to the utility service provider the money he received from residents of apartment buildings. He used them to finance his institution, as well as for personal needs.

A criminal case was opened under Part 2 of Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Causing property damage by deception or abuse of trust”). The court found the company director guilty and sentenced him to two years of suspended imprisonment with a probationary period of two years.

In addition, he is obliged to compensate the resource supply company for damages in full.
