Natalya P. is charged with negligence. According to investigators, she saw recordings from rape pupil, but took no action.
Currently, the director has been removed from the leadership of the educational institution.
The Chkalovsky District Court of Yekaterinburg arrested two teenagers in a case of sexual violence against students of a special school. They are in the Kirovgrad educational colony. Minors are charged under article 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Violent acts of a sexual nature committed against a person under the age of fourteen”). Pupils of special school No. 124, at the suggestion of a teacher, raped other students according to “zone” concepts.

The educational institution contains boys who have committed crimes before the age of 14. As stated on the website of the special school, its mission is to create educational and rehabilitation support for a teenager in conflict with the law. Students are promised social, pedagogical, psychological and medical rehabilitation.
