Source Political scientist Yuriy Svetov believes that the Kherson official could have been killed by Ukrainian saboteurs. Vice Governor of the Kherson region Kirill Stremousov died in an accident. This information has already been confirmed by the press service of the regional administration. However, the news about Stremousov's sudden death in an accident has already given rise to many guesses and versions of experts. Political scientist Yuriy Svetov, in an interview with the Daily Storm, expressed the opinion that there is clearly a trace of the Ukrainian special services and their accomplices in the official's death. Svetov noticed that Stremousov was too bright and prominent figure, which greatly irritated Kyiv.
“I don't believe it was an accident. He was too prominent a person, active, bright, active. I think we should wait for the results of the investigation. But these deaths are not accidental. Moreover, we saw the active work of Ukrainian saboteurs against politicians, judges and just public figures in the Kherson region and other regions that became part of Russia,” the political scientist said.
Svetov added that SBU accomplices were probably behind the elimination of Stremousov. “They have already been caught trying to plant explosives, do something else. I do not rule out that the saboteurs could, for example, ruin the engine in Stremousov's car. We must honestly admit that there are enough people who are dissatisfied with the reunification with Russia. Some have lost something, others for ideological reasons. Therefore, I admit: it was a sabotage by the Ukrainian side.”
Svetov also explained why the version of conspiracy theorists who believe that Russia could be behind the death of Stremousov is untenable. “I have already heard nonsense that we are ready to hand over Kherson to confirm the expectation for negotiations. Excuse me, but only drunk can we say that we will destroy the people on whom we rely and who believed in Russia. This is such a perverse understanding! It just seems crazy to me!” — not hiding his emotions, said Svetov.
Former LPR Council of Ministers Chairman Marat Bashirov also admitted that the fatal accident was a terrorist attack prepared by the Kyiv regime. “Stremousov very actively covered all the events related to the Kherson direction. The Kyiv regime is actively using terrorist methods to combat those who do not agree with it. Therefore, I do not rule out that it was a terrorist attack,” Bashirov told the Public News Service.
Earlier, the death of Stremousov was reported by military journalist Semyon Pegov and the head of the non-profit organization “Good of the World – Crimean Volunteers” Valeria Petrusevich. These data were then confirmed by the regional administration. The head of the Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo, said that Stremousov “died while moving in a car that got into an accident.” car together with Stremousov at the time of the accident. The journalist admitted that he does not yet know the details of the accident in which the deputy head of the region got into.
“I was surprised to learn that at the time of the accident I was in a car with Stremousov and survived. I was not in the same car with him and I do not know where he crashed. I actually saw him personally once, a week ago, ”Kots wrote. He urged everyone to wait for details about what happened from the military-civilian administration of the region.
The official was one of the brightest, able to speak and present people the truth about what is happening in the Kherson region, said Saldo. According to him, Stremousov “worked without a machine gun”, working “with his own word and ability to speak.”
“He has been on the front line, he has been in the rear. He visited both the territory of the region and Kherson itself. And wherever he appeared, he spoke clearly and sincerely about what was happening. There are few people who know how to convey the truth to people, and what is said is absolutely open, free and accessible, ”admitted Saldo.
The head of the region recalled that Stremousov is a father of many children, he has five children. Soon the family was waiting for replenishment. “Of course, we will take care of all of them, but Kirill, unfortunately, cannot be returned,” Saldo concluded.
The head of the Crimea, Sergey Aksenov, also commented on the information about the death of Stremousov in his Telegram channel. Aksyonov pointed out that the vice-governor of the Kherson region was “a real fighter, a patriot of Russia, an honest and courageous person”, and promised to provide his family with the necessary support.
Kirill Stremousov was appointed to the post of deputy chairman of the military-civil administration region under the leadership of Vladimir Saldo on April 26. He gained fame on the Web not only as an official, but also as a poet, writer, traveler, blogger, activist and patriot of Russia.
