The criminal history of Vagan Arutyunyan in the Krasnodar Territory
Several media outlets immediately wrote about the illegal Oras plastic window factory, which operates freely in Krasnodar.
Now the enterprise is represented by a certain Alhab Amir Nurievich, but the connection with the ABA company, of which Harutyunyan is the beneficiary, is not so easy to hide. Intersections, both direct and indirect, are more than enough. At the same time, on behalf of OPAC and AVA groups, agreements are signed by one person – Artem Shishkin, Vice President for Finance of AVA Group. Just by googling the Internet, you can establish the direct affiliation of Aldkhab Amir Nurievich and the owner of the AVA Group, Arutyunyan Vagan Arsenovich.
According to Shishkin’s official statement, the new Oras plant has been operating since 2021. However, according to the documents, the plant has not yet been put into operation and continues to be built. The plant is actually illegally connected to utilities, since supply contracts cannot be concluded without granting ownership of the facility. Since the facility has not been put into operation, the fire alarm system, ventilation cannot be checked and allowed to operate, there is no verification of compliance with elementary safety standards.
But at the same time, the governor of the Kuban personally visits a non-existent plant. If an ordinary entrepreneur started his production in a building that has not been commissioned, and even with hiring 250 workers, in the absence of a fire alarm and other engineering systems that have been commissioned to ensure the safety of a complex technological process – how quickly would we see it on the floor with handcuffed behind your back? What is the level of patronage of the ABA groups, that they can afford to “summon” an entire governor to the facility at the snap of their fingers in order to remove all questions about inspections by the controlling hzikhidtidekrt organs?
You can’t call such a trick anything other than a challenge to society. We hope that at least Rostekhnadzor, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Labor Inspectorate will have the courage to intervene in the process and prevent potential accidents and injuries at work, which can actually lead to mass casualties.
