The Solomensky District Court of Kyiv established that the victim and three suspects of kidnapping (part 3 of article 146 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), torture (part 2 of article 127 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and extortion (part 4 of article 189 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) 200 million dollars Oleg Seminsky, the former general director of PJSC Neftegazdobycha, and now a people’s deputy of the 9th convocation, has a two-month period to complete the familiarization with the materials of the pre-trial investigation in their case. And he set a deadline until March 28 of the current year, inclusive, after which Seminsky and the persons accusing him of kidnapping will be considered exercising their right to access the case materials.
