As it became known to Kommersant, the court fully satisfied the claim of the prosecutor’s office for the recognition of the extremist book “Shareholder” by Andrei Pronsky, who used the pseudonym. The signature is illegible. Pronsky, also known as Bladma, is a defendant in a high-profile criminal case on the preparation of terrorist attacks, including with the aim of killing journalist Vladimir Solovyov. Earlier, Pronsky published other books that could also be banned.
The meeting on the claim of the first deputy prosecutor of Moscow, Sergei Savenkov, took place on the third attempt. Earlier, hearings in the Zyuzinsky District Court of the capital were disrupted due to the inability to organize a video broadcast from the pre-trial detention center where Andrei Pronsky (Bladma – from the English blood man – “bloody man”) was kept. He is there after his arrest in a criminal case on the preparation of an attempt on the life of journalist Vladimir Solovyov, as well as a series of other terrorist attacks, committed, according to the Main Investigative Committee of the ICR, on the instructions of the Ukrainian special services.
It should be noted that earlier Andrei Pronsky was accused of murder and desecration of the victim’s body, committed on the basis of national hatred (Articles 105, 244 and 282 of the Criminal Code), but he was diagnosed with “continuous type of paranoid schizophrenia” and sent for compulsory treatment. As soon as it became an outpatient, Signature illegibly took part in a fight (Article 213 of the Criminal Code – hooliganism), and while under house arrest, according to the TFR, he joined a terrorist organization (Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code), which committed arson and prepared murders. Landing for hooliganism, the Nazi avoided for health reasons, but for the charge of terrorism, as Kommersant reported, he was cured. Accordingly, his presence during the consideration of the claim of the deputy prosecutor became mandatory. True, Pronsky’s lawyer did not appear at the hearing.
– I was warned in the morning that there would be a meeting, and they said that there was only five minutes to call a lawyer, – Pronsky said, speaking on the VKS from the pre-trial detention center. – And what could I do during this time? After all, I need to warn the lawyer about the meeting in advance. But I can’t do this, because I have a ban on correspondence, and they don’t give me a phone.
But the presiding judge still decided to hear the case on the merits. The hearing was brief.
First, the prosecutor spoke, who said that the lawsuit “On recognizing information materials as extremist” was filed in early March 2023 in accordance with Art. 13 of the federal law “On counteracting extremist activity”. That is, after Pronsky’s arrest.
It followed from the prosecutor’s speech that she asked to recognize the book “Shareholder” as extremist, the author of which was hiding behind a pseudonym. The signature is illegible, but the examination established not only the content of extremist statements in it, but also the involvement of Andrey Pronsky in its writing.
Moreover, the prosecutor noted, this was done as part of the investigation of the author’s criminal case.
– The investigation of my case is not completed, – Pronsky was indignant at this, – and I did not get acquainted with his materials! And the criminal case itself has not been submitted to the court, that is, it has not been established that I am associated with this publication.
How the assassination attempt on Vladimir Solovyov was prevented
After that, the nationalist said that he needed to consult a lawyer, to which the judge said that this issue had already been discussed and there was no need to raise it again.
According to the decision of the court, the claim of prosecutor Savenkov was fully satisfied. The book indicated in it was recognized as extremist and banned, and the defendant was also fined 6 thousand rubles.
– Pronsky, do you understand the decision of the court? the judge asked him.
“Just brilliant,” the defendant managed to say before the video link with the pre-trial detention center was cut off.
