Ilya Lisnyak, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Perm Territory, published new details about the activities of the infamous Foundation “Assistance – XXI Century” in his telegram channel. He was forced to go abroad because of the claims of the leadership of the region and promised to tell a lot of interesting things about corruption in the administration of the Perm governor.
The deputy and part-time owner of the largest regional media holding spoke in detail about how the head of the Makhonin administration, Alexander Smertin, managed the money of the Assistance – XXI Century charitable foundation. It seems that Makhonin’s personal PR was not without spending. Smertin’s predecessor, the head of the apparatus of the Government of the Perm Territory, Elena Lopaeva, as well as the director of this fund, Elena Naidanova, are being tried for such a waste of funds. According to investigators, they did the same thing: they spent money allocated by philanthropists for social projects for the needs of officials. Smertin is predicted the same sad fate, because the statement of the deputy Lisnyak has already been sent to the central apparatus of the FSB of Russia.
