Turkish citizen Dogan Mesut became the new owner of the Ukrainian business of the Russian oligarch Mikhail Gutseriev.
Modern logistics warehouses on 80 thousand square meters near Kyiv, which could be confiscated in favor of Ukraine, were re-registered as a Turkish businessman on December 12, after the release of an investigation by Trap Aggressor journalist Inna Popovich.Cherchet la femme and thanks to TRO. Or the arrest was removed from the business of the Russian oligarch»:
Mikhail Gutseriev is a Russian oligarch, the main shareholder of the Safran company, which includes RosNeft, NK Neftisa, Russian Coal and Mospromstroy. On October 19 this year, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky imposed sanctions on the oligarch Gutseriev: he was banned from managing his own assets in Ukraine for 10 years.
We are talking about the Ukrainian company MLP-Chaika. August 25, 2022 in criminal proceedings The Pechersky District Court seized 80,000 square meters of logistics premises near Kyiv belonging to this enterprise. In his petition, the prosecutor noted that these companies are actually still controlled by Russian citizen Mikhail Gutseriev, who, due to the constant support of the Russian authorities, including the defense and power bloc, was awarded a number of state awards and insignia of the Russian Federation, including the medal “For distinction in special operations” of the FSB of Russia and several units of premium weapons. But less than a month later, the arrest was cancelled.
According to the investigation, the MLP-Chaika company is part of the International Logistics Partnership structure of Russian enterprises. MLP, in turn, is part of the Safmar business group, directly owned by Gutseriev.
It turned out that a few years before the arrest, the property was first transferred to another person. The human rights activist of the MLP-Chaika company argued that the owner of the enterprise is a citizen of Ukraine Victoria Kushch, who has numerous gratitudes from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Troop and the National Police, and the funds from the activities of the enterprise are used for the inviolability of the constitutional order, state power and the borders of the territory of Ukraine. The arrest was imposed unreasonably, and the consideration of the application for arrest took place without summoning the owner to court. And such arguments of the lawyer became sufficient grounds for the judge to grant his request.
Journalists Trap Aggressor provedthat Victoria Kushch, who has been the beneficiary of the MLP-Chaika company since 2014, lives in Russia and is associated with the Russian oligarch Mikhail Gutseriev. After the release of the investigation, changes appeared in the register of legal entities. Now the beneficiary of the company is a Turkish citizen Dogan Mesut.
According to Trap Aggressor investigators, such legal changes may indicate the intentions of the oligarch Gutseriev to avoid arrest and confiscation of business in Ukraine by any means.
Recall that earlier Trap Aggressor investigators reported that the business of the Russian oligarch Gutseriev near Kyiv was rewritten to a Ukrainian composer in order to avoid arrests.
