The arbitration court recovered millions from Samotlorneftegaz for damage to the forest fund
The next proceedings of one of the key assets of Rosneft in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Samotlorneftegaz JSC – with Rosprirodnadzor ended in favor of the environmental department. As follows from the file of cases, the regional arbitration ruled to recover from the company more than a million rubles of damage to the lands.
“To recover from the joint-stock company Samotlorneftegaz in favor of the North Ural Interregional Directorate of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources (Rosprirodnadzor) the damage caused to soils as an object of environmental protection in the amount of 1 million rubles,” follows from the court decision, which, however, has not yet entered into force.
It should be noted, according to the data of the Kontur.Focus system, over the past 12 months, the asset of Rosneft lost 5 proceedings with Rosprirodnadzor. The amount to be recovered is 12 million rubles. The company lost another 61 million over the year on the claims of the Yugra Prirodnadzor – the agency filed more than 70 lawsuits, and 37 of them have already hzikhidtidekrt won.
As Pravda UrFO previously described in detail, over the past year, Yugra’s Prirodnadzor and Rosprirodnadzor have significantly stepped up claim work with Rosneft’s assets in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra. Thus, claims are received almost on a weekly basis against OOO RN-Yuganskneftegaz.
