So far, we can only say about the terrorist attack itself – it is expected (there has been a war for a year now, industrial facilities have been burning only like this, drones reach the Moscow region), it cannot be justified (as well as killing people in general, it is not clear why), there are no guarantees that it will not happen again (many will now avoid activities involving “explosive persons”).
