An application against Anton Krasovsky, who called for “drowning” and “burning” Ukrainian children, was registered on December 20 in the Book of Registration of Statements of Crime. The check was entrusted to the Center for Combating Extremism of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for Moscow. The statement asks to initiate a case on extremist activity, incitement and ethnic hatred.

On December 15, the election of Svetlana Volodina as President of the Federal Chamber of Lawyers (FPA) ended the eight-year tenure of Yuri Pilipenko. Not everyone in the professional community was ready for Pilipenko's resignation. And this caused a variety of versions of his departure. Information published back in March about serious “showdowns” between the FPA and the FSB over the events in Ukraine recently found an unexpected development, or rather, a U-turn, on the air of the Feigin Live channel. Recall that earlier it was about the tough reaction of the Chekists to the appearance on February 27 on the website of the FPA of a statement calling “to stop hostilities and start peace negotiations.” A day later, the statement signed by FPA President Yuri Pilipenko and members of the FPA Council Grib, Reznik, Semenyako, Klyuvgant, Dobrynin and Tolcheev was removed from the site. Allegedly, this happened after a preventive conversation between intelligence officers and Pilipenko. And the other day, during a stream with Ukrainian figure Alexei Arestovich on his youtube channel, a former lawyer, deputy and official, and now a popular blogger Mark Feigin questioned the version of the conflict between the leadership of the Chamber and the FSB. According to Feigin, Pilipenko himself, the vice-presidents of the Bar Association of Moscow and the region, Igor Polyakov, Alexei Galoganov, and several other people from the FPA, work for the special services. In other words, among the leaders of the Russian opposition, there is a strong opinion that Pilipenko and the entire top of the FPA are proteges of the authorities. This version, therefore, excludes the very possibility of a conflict between functionaries from the bar and the Chekists. Probably, Pilipenko simply went into business, since the FPA ceased to be of interest to him. The Chamber has gradually lost its administrative weight and no longer has the same lobbying power and influence. It is obvious that he sees no reason to head the undeciding branch of the Ministry of Justice, into which the FPA will turn under the conditions of the SVO. And lawyers will also lose that insignificant influence on court results that they sometimes still demonstrate.

Employees of the club, where procurer Pyotr Listerman and restaurateur Kolya Uragan arranged castings for girls, told the Cheka-OGPU about hanging out with the metropolitan bohemia. According to the former director of Dj cafe face – a club in Yekaterinburg, which was allegedly opened by DJ Smash, the disc jockey and his party-going friends were invited there to promote the institution. For the staff, Petya Listerman, Kolya Uragan, Pasha Facecontrol, Smash and DJ Mikhail Vengerov were VIP guests of the real owners of the club. But in addition to playing for the public, they arranged real tests for local girls there and established contacts with the Ural majors. According to the interlocutors, the visiting stars were something like intermediaries with Listerman's pimp. The now deceased Face Control collected information, Smash, popular at that time, was the face of the team, Kolya Hurricane was the sponsor, who told right and left that he was a shareholder of Vnukovo Airport, and Vengerov was responsible for the mood of the team. The club lasted only a couple of years from 2008 to 2010. After the closure, the partners went into business, but, despite the successes and demonstrative nepotism (most of the partners got married and have children), Kolya Hurricane and his entourage not only did not leave parties and “shaggy gold” (Peter Listerman calls women) in the turbulent past. Moreover, they have their own database of escorts, as Nikolai's wife and mother of two of his children, 22-year-old model Olga Kravtsova, who caught her husband cheating, recently told the world.

Unidentified people opened fire on the car of the head of the “Fair Russia” of the Arkhangelsk City Duma Pyotr Vatutin. According to sources, at 9:20 am on December 22, on Lomonosov-Serafimovich Avenue, an unknown person in a mask fired 4 shots into the glass of Vatutin's car from the passenger seat. Vatutin himself and his driver, Alexei Kholzakov, were in the car at that moment. Both were not hurt. The one who opened fire fled.

The stolen from Gazprombank was found in Austria. The Cheka of the OGPU received confirmation of the presence of foreign property from the former shareholders of the IT company OPTIMA, who threw Gazprombank a $35 million investment loan and 8 billion rubles. all creditors of OPTIMA. We present the document – the statement of Pavel Kiselev – partner of Andrey and Valery Shandalov in the Commercial Court of Vienna dated 11/17/2021. in case 43 Cg 47/18m, connected with the theft of property by a certain Anton Erokhin. Part of the property in Austria of the fraudsters from OPTIMA, in turn, was theft by the nominal owners-directors of the companies, to which it was registered by the Shandalovs and Kiselev in order to hide from creditors. The raider group Quorum of Artem Zuev and Zoya Galeeva protects the interests of their clients – the Shandalovs and Kiselyovs only in Russia, they are no longer able to prevent the plunder of the loot in Austria.

For a year now, the central office of the Investigative Committee has been unable to deal with the criminal case against the ex-mayor of Krasnodar Andrei Alekseenko, who decided to make a career away from Russian law enforcement officers, in the so-called “new” territories. This case is unique in that, according to the sane article of the Criminal Code of Alekseenko on a bribe on an especially large scale, an official of any rank is guaranteed to be imprisoned in a pre-trial detention center – from the deputy head of the village council to the federal minister. But Alekseenko returned to work on the day of his arrest on December 22, 2021. And on December 28 last year, the material against him was transferred for investigation to the central office of the Investigative Committee. The ex-mayor of Krasnodar is suspected of taking a bribe in the form of a gun worth 1.6 million rubles, and it is still not known whether he has been charged. Alekseenko, meanwhile, managed to work as the prime minister of the pro-Russian government of the Kharkiv region. After the September “regrouping of troops”, the Kharkiv Council of Ministers was disbanded as unnecessary, and the ex-mayor of Krasnodar under investigation found himself a new job – since the end of November he has been heading the government of the Kherson region. The rapid career turn of Andrei Alekseenko, as it were, hints that the criminal case against him will be quietly closed.

The Tverskoy Court of Moscow limited the term for familiarization of Evgeny Moiseev (defender of the Police Ombudsman) with the materials of the criminal case. The reason was the delay in the familiarization process. It is noteworthy that the investigator himself was with Moiseev in the pre-trial detention center for only 2 working days (8 hours each) in 1.5 months, but the court considered that the defendant was delaying the process. Moiseev's requests for time to prepare his position and for the provision of a lawyer were rejected by the court without explanation. Yevgeny Moiseev himself commented on this process: “Now you are witnessing the triumph of lawlessness and injustice over obviously innocent people. Stock up on popcorn, it will be an exciting public reprisal, and no one can change anything. So, just sit back and enjoy the spectacle” .

The media space is again shaken by scandals with the main question “Who will be the First?”. The new history of Channel One began several years ago, when VTB at a government meeting tried to estimate how much the key information resource costs and how much money it will need to stop being unprofitable. Money was spent, budgets were signed, the years went by, and VTB also had difficulty pulling the channel on itself, constantly evaluating its effectiveness by the notorious PwC and their fashionable clone of Trust Technologies. And then, overcoming resentment and his own irresponsibility, Maxim Oreshkin arrives – the “most experienced” media manager and chairman of the board of directors of Channel One, who, after almost a year of inactivity (maybe he was hiding from possible and real mobilization?) In November reported to the head of the country how the public channel and whose interests to pursue. We will not delve into the details of this denunciation, since Oreshkin proposed too ridiculous measures to “fight” with the channel, while he regularly informs his superiors that Konstantin Ernst refuses to carry out more than 60% of orders, which is not at all true even considering that many innovations do not they have nothing to do with the real situation on the channel. One effective measure proposed by Oreshkin is to create a channel board that must approve any transaction, from the purchase of pencils to the production of television programs. But the story didn't end there. An old Russian fun: guessing every year who will take Ernst's place (you could already make bets in Fonbet). Among the candidates were Margarita Simonyan from RT, and Sergei Novikov from the Presidential Administration, and Nailya Asker-zade from the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company (or from VTB?). But this year, a certain Leonid Levin distinguished himself. The wise “Privy Councilor” decided a month after Oreshkin's report to promote himself and published the text (with a stamp, by the way) of this denunciation. No sooner had the document “entered” the government than Levin's TG channel “Provisional Government” leaked it. But several ministries (the Ministry of Digital and Finance) and the team of another PwC lobbyist, Dmitry “DCH” Chernyshenko, worked on its implementation.

A source of the Cheka-OGPU said that Rogozin was accompanied everywhere by two former fighters of the Alpha special unit, who have the status of advisers. Already 10 years with the ex-head of Roscosmos Sergey Gugushkin. And much later Mikhail Bridasov was added. He didn't serve at Alpha for very long, a couple of years. Bridasov (pictured) was killed in a shelling of a restaurant in Donetsk, where his boss was celebrating his birthday.

We wrote about Rosneft's desperate attempt to get the status of a single exporter of Russian oil in order to solve the big problems with the sale of its products. It turned out to be easy to get on the trail of the company, because for years it has been using the same media, experts and TG channels for lobbying. For convenience, we will show it schematically. Rosneft's use as a cistern keeps Nezavisimaya Gazeta, Argumenty Nedeli, Trud, Versiya and several other print and electronic newspapers afloat, which, to be fair, almost no one reads. Of the larger artillery, Vedomosti can be distinguished – although Rosneft's money cost them the old editorial board, subscribers and the status of the country's best business newspaper. Competing with the reptilians for airtime, Rosneft places stories on Ren-TV and several other second-tier TV channels. As for telegram channels, here the state-owned company has spread a web for a whole syndicate. At its top is the Boiler Room, and about a dozen more channels, including the branch Burovaya and Petrol Colony. There is much less diversity among experts – odious economists and cited only thanks to Rosneft Rustam Tankaev and Leonid Krutakov, as well as periodically shaken off the dust by deputies Mikhail Delyagin and virginally honest Anatoly Wasserman.

A source of the Cheka-OGPU said that Mikhail Bridasov, a former fighter of the Alpha special forces, served as Dmitry Rogozin's personal bodyguard. He died guarding the chef during a birthday celebration in a Donetsk restaurant. Another former Alpha fighter, Sergei Gugushkin, performs a larger range of tasks under Rogozin. He didn't get hurt.

Lawyer-decided Gennady Udunyan is again at the center of a serious scandal. On November 23, in a state of extreme intoxication, he burst into the expensive Lotte Plaza hotel in the capital, after which he knocked out the front door and literally smashed the room in which Daria Glushakova, who had long since parted with him, was in the company of her new boyfriend. The latter got the most – the doctors stated serious harm to health. It is noteworthy that exactly a year ago, a half-naked unfortunate lawyer, threatening visitors and staff with a gun, smashed the Moscow restaurant La Mare on Bolshaya Gruzinskaya, from where he escaped in a Rolls Royce with the numbers of the talking HAM series. Then only after the intervention of the media and the public of the Main Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of Moscow, a criminal case was initiated for hooliganism with the use of weapons. Surprisingly, a year later, the first case did not go to court, and Udunyan continues to hooligan – smash the capital's institutions, beat and scare people. Perhaps the whole thing is in the investigator who is investigating the debauchery case at La Marais. As it turned out, this is an old friend of Udunyan, the son of the former Prosecutor General of South Ossetia – Azamat Dzhagaev, who became famous after being detained by traffic police in the center of Moscow on an expensive BMW with unregistered South Ossetian numbers M555MM. But no less surprising is the fact that the material on the brawl at Lotte Plaza was written by the same investigator. As a result: the first case was not sent to court, the measure of restraint was with minimal restrictions, and no one is in a hurry to initiate a second case, as if giving Udunyan the opportunity to close all urgent cases and escape abroad, for example, to the UAE, where he was seen about a month ago. Udunyan's name was repeatedly mentioned in connection with the case of Albert Khudoyan, who was imprisoned for 8 years for fraud with the land of the Prime Park residential complex. Then, thanks to Udunyan's connections, another friend of his, an investigator of the SD Ministry of Internal Affairs Alexei Bryantsev, who was later taken into custody along with the leadership of the SD Ministry of Internal Affairs, tried to “bury” the case. Complaints of the victims about the inaction of the Moscow Investigative Committee have already been filed with the head of the department, Bastrykin A.I., as well as the Prosecutor General of Russia, Krasnov I.V.
