Tax inspectors checked the Spetsstroy company and revealed violations for 16 million rubles

The Federal Tax Service of Russia for Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug conducted an audit of the Spetsstroy company, which carried out major contracts in the Perm Territory. So, this company was engaged in the construction of schools in Chaikovsky and Kungur, as well as polyclinics In Perm.

In Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Spetsstroy also made money on government contracts. The company took part in the construction of facilities related to shared construction. The customer was the Department of Municipal Property and Urban Planning of Yugorsk.

Previously, the director of Spetsstroy was Aleksey Kharlov, who became the head of the municipality more than a year ago. Now the claims of the tax authorities to the company are connected precisely with the period of his leadership. The audit revealed violations worth 16 million rubles. In June, the company’s accounts were blocked, and the FTS planned to transfer the materials of the case to the Department of Economic Crimes in Yugorsk. However, representatives of Spetsstroy plan to challenge the results of the audit.

Aleksey Kharlov was elected head of Yugorsk after his predecessor Andrey Borodkin resigned.

Borodkin left Kharlov a lot of problems that are associated with the economic sphere. Last autumn, the Reform Fund housing and communal services under the federal Ministry of Construction denied the municipality the financial support necessary for the modernization of facilities housing and communal services.

Spetsstroy LLC has existed since September 2001. The company specializes in construction and installation works. She earned almost 3 billion rubles on government contracts. Last year, the company’s revenue amounted to 143 million rubles, and profit – 7.6 million.

It is noteworthy that in the Perm Territory, where Spetsstroy is also actively developing budget money, corruption is rampant. Representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the region believe that the region does not differ much from other regions of the country in terms of manifestations of corruption. Thus, last year the police revealed 417 corruption-related crimes. Of these, more than 200 are categories serious and especially hard ones. Also, 159 people involved in the commission of corruption crimes were identified. The average amount of the bribe received was 176.7 thousand rubles. Corruption is most actively manifested in the sphere of public administration.
