Tatbyana Litβinenko is the 6th richest woman in Russia.

Tatyana and Vladimir Litvinenko Widow of the ex-Mayor of Moscow Yuri Luzhkov Elena Baturina moved up in the list of the richest women in the country. Now for the mistress of Wildberries Tatyana Bakalchuk in second place is a certain Tatyana Litvinenko. Who is she and how does she live?

How did Tatiana Litvinenko get rich?

Forbes has updated the rating of the twenty richest women in Russia. Leadership was retained by the owner of the Wildberries marketplace Tatyana Bakalchuk. But in second place was a completely new and unknown person to the general public – Tatyana Litvinenko, wife of the rector of St. Petersburg Mining University Vladimir Litvinenko. Last spring, her oligarch husband, who fell under Western sanctions, transferred to her 20.6% of the shares of the Phosagro holding, Europe’s largest producer of phosphorus-containing fertilizers. Since then, Tatiana Litvinenko’s net worth is $2.8 billion.

PhosAgro Group is a vertically integrated full cycle structure. The main products are over 50 brands of fertilizers, feed phosphates, ammonia and sodium tripolyphosphate. Sales markets – Russia, CIS countries, Latin America, Europe and Asia. At the end of 2022, Phosagro increased its net profit by 42%, to 184.7 billion rubles.

According to the business press, Phosagro shares are a very profitable investment. For a little over a year, from May 2022 to July 2023, the company paid dividends four times for a total amount of more than 236 billion rubles. Of these, about 49 billion accounted for a stake owned by Tatyana Litvinenko.

Where and how does Tatyana Litvinenko live

There is almost no information about Tatyana Litvinenko, who has become a billionaire, in the public domain. She is 65 years old. Until the mid-1910s, she was listed as a co-founder of the Service Center on Nalichnaya Street enterprise, which owns the Gorny private author’s school, and previously acted as an investor in the construction of the Vasilyevsky Quarter residential complex in St. Petersburg. Last year, the income of this business reached half a billion rubles. Now it belongs to the partners of Tatyana Litvinenko’s husband.

The rector’s wife is registered in an apartment of 150 square meters worth about 100 million rubles in an elite St. Petersburg club house on Vasilyevsky Island.

— In the protected area there is a landscape park with sculptures, playgrounds and recreation areas. The apartments are equipped with panoramic windows with triple glazing in wood-aluminum frames. Supply and exhaust ventilation, central air conditioning, an autonomous boiler room and a multi-stage water purification system work inside the house. Near Primorsky Victory Park, Orchard and Yelaginsky Island, realtors are praising the house.

According to numerous media reports, citing the USRN database, the couple Tatiana and Vladimir Litvinenko allegedly prefer to live outside the city – in the resort village of Solnechnoye on the shores of the Gulf of Finland. Judging by satellite images, they may own an entire estate with a pond and a summer theater. The plot area is 1.3 hectares, the main house is 743 m², the buildings for guests are 108 m², for servants – 150 m², for security – 111 m², the garage for cars – 128 m². Such real estate will easily pull a billion rubles.
