According to the Telegram channel SHOT, the cause of death of Vyacheslav Zaitsev was internal bleeding. The fashion designer was 85 years old. He died in the Shchelkovo hospital in the Moscow region.
How Vyacheslav Zaitsev lived
“Russian Pierre Cardin” – this was the name of the famous Soviet couturier Vyacheslav Zaitsev. He was considered a pioneer of domestic fashion. In the 80s and 90s, all the stars of the national stage flaunted in outfits from Zaitsev. People loved him for his kind, sincere smile and for the Fashion Sentence show, which he hosted for many years.
Zaitsev has not appeared on television for a long time. Age took its toll. The fashion designer had progressive Parkinson’s disease. He could hardly move, and his speech became incoherent. Next to him for a long time there are no closest ones: the son of Yegor and two granddaughters. According to relatives, they have not entered his house since 2015, since the wheelchair-bound fashion patriarch was surrounded by some suspicious people.
Life has already written that a certain Galina Garafutdinova settled in the Zaitsev mansion with her adult children, Luchana and Timur. Studying their biography, you can see that they are looking for public fame: for example, they maintain an account on Tiktok, where they dance and fool around against the background of a helpless master. Subscribers did not appreciate such content and were outraged. Netizens even got the impression that a seriously ill person was being held hostage. Each video is full of angry comments.
“These are scammers, and now dad is surrounded by a lot of such scammers,” Yegor Zaitsev cites his opinion. He meant not only the Garafutdinov family, but also the brothers Vadim and Almaz Khusainov, the organizers of one of the last birthdays of the fashion designer, which brought together many celebrities. For example, Alla Pugacheva and Maxim Galkin*. Anyone could attend this event, it was enough to buy a ticket.
“We are shaking from disgust, indignation at the fact that these people did this to their father,” Zaitsev Jr. is angry. — From the birthday party, they put on a show with a fashion show. For this they collected 15 thousand rubles. When they sold tickets, they said that you can take pictures with celebrities and talk. Alla Borisovna respects dad, that’s why she came. And for the Khusainovs, this is business.
The scandalous celebration took place in the first days of March 2021 in the metropolitan restaurant “Yar”. The atmosphere was tense. A fight almost broke out between the two encirclement camps of Zaitsev. Vadim and Almaz Khusainov were dissatisfied with the fact that Yegor Zaitsev, as the director of the fashion house, refused to take their familiar models, who were not suitable for height, to the show. The conflict ended with the call of the police. Allegedly, Almaz Khusainov rushed into the fitting room and threatened: “What does informal mean, how dare you? One of the models is my bride!”
The Khusainovs themselves were reluctant to comment on this.
– We are not the closest to Vyacheslav Zaitsev. We have no relationship with Yegor, Vadim Khusainov denied.
Clients strictly from sixty
The Khusainov brothers were born in the Kyrgyz city of Osh. There is information in open databases that Vadim’s real name is Valim, he is fifty-nine. Diamond is twelve years younger. Their patronymic is Barievichi. On YouTube, you can find a video where their elderly father comments on the show of the latest collection of Pierre Cardin. Judging by this entry, Bari is a simple person. This is confirmed by the old bases of the traffic police: he was registered in a Moscow Khrushchev, drove used Zhiguli, moved to an Audi A6 in the 2000s. No companies have ever been listed on it.
Judging by social networks, the Khusainov brothers are fashion tycoons. They have their own modeling agency and a glossy magazine. They also arrange social events where older stars from all over the world are invited. Most often, their guest of honor is Vyacheslav Zaitsev. Photos embracing the legendary Soviet couturier Khusainov have been published regularly over the past 4–5 years.
The brothers’ modeling agency is called Fashion House Models & Talent Agency. The trademark is registered to the Fashion House company. It was founded by Almaz Khusainov in 2006. Her address is a historic house on 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street in the center of Moscow. There is zero accounting. From year to year, the pension fund sues her to collect mandatory payments. But the bailiffs are powerless. They cannot find either the debtor or his property. In “Yandex.Maps” the company is marked as closed for a long time. However, the agency’s website continues to work and post the latest news. For example, about the fact that on March 24-28, the Yar restaurant hosted the Russian beauty 2021 beauty, fashion and talent festival. The next similar event is scheduled for May 7 in Turkey. Moreover, the modeling agency of the Khusainov brothers publishes glossy magazines.

Who scored the elderly Kamchatka musician?
The site of the Khusainov modeling agency is owned by Fashion House International LLC, another firm based in the same historic building on 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya. It was founded in 2007 by the family of the Far Eastern musician Yuli Lyubarsky. Previously, this man was very famous in Kamchatka. In the Soviet years, Julius sang in the best local restaurants. After perestroika, he founded a prosperous fishing holding. But everything ended very badly for the musician. When Yulia was already over 70 years old, his company was deprived of fishing quotas, and he himself was beaten to a pulp with hammers. The bandits were not found. Who, why and why – remained unknown. Julius himself categorically denied that this could have been done because of business. Perhaps he was just intimidated.
At the end of 2007, Vadim Khusainov bought out 100% of Fashion House International. He manages this business in the style of his younger brother: zero reporting, a pile of pending enforcement proceedings, powerless bailiffs. However, this time the tax authorities were at least able to freeze the bank accounts of this company.
The Kamchatka musician and the Khusainov brothers also have business intersections. In the same years, Vadim Barievich bought out 51% in the Lyubarsky fishing holding. Soon this organization began bankruptcy proceedings. The main asset of Yuliy Lyubarsky was put up for sale – a production complex for freezing, storing and processing fish products with a total area of 1.38 hectares in Zvenigorod, Moscow Region. Initially, the price was set at 98 million, then halved. For how much the asset was eventually sold is unknown. Life could not find documents in the public domain.
How the Khusainov brothers earn
According to the SPARK database, the Khusainov brothers began their business journey in 2003 with the wholesale of food, tobacco and drinks. The legal entity was called “Businesstorg”. It was based on the outskirts of Moscow and has never published its financial statements in its 15 years of existence.
In 2006, the Khusainov brothers gained momentum and showed remarkable entrepreneurial agility. In the Odintsovo district of the Moscow region, they found “White Lily”, a company for the wholesale trade in timber. She had serious problems with the fiscals. It turned out that the merchant brothers gave her a fictitious address – some kind of country house on the Zvenigorod highway, where another three dozen organizations were based. As a result, in 2018, the tax authorities liquidated White Lily as a long-abandoned company.
Three Khusainov companies were registered in Moscow at once – in the same historic house on 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street. In addition to the modeling agency, this is the Beta Real Estate company. Its co-owner was the capital’s realtor Tatyana Rotgammel. She has a profile on the CIAN aggregator, from which it follows that she specializes in the sale of commercial space. In 2015, Beta Real Estate stopped paying taxes. Fiscals filed a lawsuit, the bailiffs tried to seize the assets, but did not find any. A year later, the registration authorities decided to close this company.
The second firm, Barihouse, bought and sold its own property. The co-owner was the Jordanian Zeid Hajahjeh. He studied at the Voronezh State Agrarian University, sold tobacco in the Moscow region, and now lives in his homeland. Alexander Strizhakov became the general director of “Barihouse”. He has confusion with the TIN. Exactly the same tax number was worn by another person – a certain Tatul Sahakyan. It is very likely that Strizhakov-Sahakyan is a typical zits-chairman. It was issued under a hundred different firms. All without exception liquidated by the tax service. A similar fate befell the Barihouse. In 2015, the landlord sued this company because of a debt of 200 thousand rubles. However, the bailiffs could not find the whereabouts of the debtor. Soon “Barihouse” was expelled from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
And the Khusainov brothers are also familiar with the fugitive State Duma deputy from the Liberal Democratic Party Alexei Mitrofanov. In 2012, together they established the organization “Non-profit Partnership for Assistance to the Organizers of Cultural and Entertainment Events”. The company was based at the headquarters of the Khusainovs on 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya. This organization has been liquidated for five years now. According to the papers, there has never been any business activity there.
