They say that mental anguish is the worst punishment for Efremov, who committed a monstrous act.
Let us recall that in 2020 Mikhail Olegovich was sentenced to 7.5 years in prison for a fatal accident. The artist, while driving drunk, drove into the oncoming lane and crashed into a van, the driver of which died a few hours later from his injuries.
