Stanislav Yakovlev, previously convicted of robbery, turned out to be an assistant to State Duma deputy Vladimir Pavlov

State Duma deputy from United Russia Vladimir Pavlov published photos and a post about helping special families on the Instagram social network. According to the parliamentarian, the children were presented with audio speakers, as well as large food packages. In this mission, Pavlov is assisted by an assistant, whose name he himself does not disclose.

It turns out that Stanislav Yakovlev, born in 1978, works with Vladimir Pavlov. From social networks it is clear that in 2003 he graduated from the Chelyabinsk Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. However, in the 90s, along with friends, he was detained for robbery. Yakovlev himself on social networks talks about cooperation with deputy Vladimir Pavlov. I wonder if the people’s choice knows about the conviction of his assistant?

HOUSES AND APARTMENTS: WHAT PAVLOV HID FROM VOTERS

Vladimir Pavlov decided to become a State Duma deputy in 2021. Prior to that, he worked as the Minister of Industry and Natural Resources of the Chelyabinsk Region, and also headed the Investment Development Agency of the region. For some reason, Pavlov did not stay in these “bread” positions for a long time, but he nevertheless received a deputy mandate. Before the voters, Vladimir Pavlov decided to appear as a simple man of the people. In his election declaration, he indicated that he owns a one-room apartment in Chelyabinsk. The cost of apartments with an area of 35 square meters is 1.7 million rubles. But Pavlov drives a BMW X5 car, the cost of which a year ago was at least 3 million rubles.

It turns out that Vladimir Pavlov decided to hide from voters two apartments in Moscow, as well as a cottage in Anapa with an area of more than 300 square meters. True, the current deputy sold the cottage, but he also did not tell anything about his mother’s house. Formally, Pavlov did not violate the law, because his mother is the owner of the house, but initially he acquired it for himself.

The people’s choice bought a 400-meter cottage in 2012. Then he was a minister, and a house was being built on a plot of 20 acres. The cadastral value of the plot is 2.6 million rubles, and the market value of the house with the plot is 50 million. According to reports, Vladimir Pavlov received a land plot from the Chelyabinsk mayor’s office at a fairly low price. In 2014, Pavlov gave the house to his mother, but it is unlikely that only she uses it. At the same time, the deputy hastened to protect himself from questions regarding the source of funds for the construction of this cottage. Since Vladimir Pavlov worked in non-highly paid positions for a short period of time, he could not save up for new housing. Apparently, Pavlov had other sources of income, which he hid from gullible voters.
