St. Petersburg lawyer Tatiana Mironova No sooner had she entered the case as a defender than she began receiving threats in instant messengers. The persecutors promise reprisals to both her and her young client. The reason is simple – the girl was involved in filming pornography when she was just 15 years. Now the organizers of the dubious business are demanding that they withdraw their application from the Investigative Committee.
Twenty days of February
Family of a 16 year old Angelica* from Volgograd contacted a lawyer’s office Tatiana Mironova, at the Bar Association of St. Petersburg, February 8. (Let us mention that the lawyer took up the defense already at the stage of Article 217 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism) – familiarization with the case materials). On the same day she entered into the matter, but did not expect that twenty days later she would have to fear for her life and for the life and health of her confidant.
The criminal case itself was initiated in December 2022. Then law enforcement agencies, with a roar and dust, closed down an entire organized group that was engaged in filming and distributing pornography. Girls for filming were lured to the studio under various pretexts. Our heroine dreamed of being a model since childhood, completed the relevant courses, participated in competitions, took master classes, posted her professional portfolio on the appropriate resources with her contact numbers, as is usually the case. In the summer of 2022, she was approached by some people who said that they represented the Wildberries online store and needed models to demonstrate clothes. Let us clarify that our young heroine was exactly 15 years old at that time.
The girl agreed. At the meeting, a young man named Daniil Podlipnov, told her that he was a producer at the Production 231 studio and, in addition to shooting clothes, they could also earn extra money if they entertained the public in a certain chat. Like, you don’t have to do anything, just communicate.
As the investigation later writes:
When the girl agreed to “sit in the chat,” she was immediately told, look how the public likes you, they say, look how many views you get, and your salary will immediately increase. If they say you do this and that, then there will be even more money. Of course, the underage model herself received, in general, pitiful pennies; all other very substantial sums were received by the organizers of the criminal business.

So, Anzhelika* fell into the web of pornographers, and with each “session” of communication with the audience, the demands of the organizers became more open and stricter. They put pressure on her, insulted her, and humiliated her human dignity. In general, they manipulated it in every possible way to make the video become more open and depraved. When it came to sexual reversions, the girl, with a scandal, stopped all communication with the studio and broke all ties.

Guilty without guilt
In total, this pseudo-work took the girl only a couple of months, until August 2022. And in December, the criminal group was already “put to the ground” by the security forces. All the video recordings that were on media in the studio were included in the investigation. The girl was prosecuted just like her 12 unfortunate friends for participating in the filming of pornography. The detention of the group became one of the major criminal cases in Volgograd.
During the investigation, the investigation concluded that “criminal activity was regular, ways of involving models were identified…”. In addition, the members of the gang of pornographers were well aware that their activity was a crime, but the wild profits (donations) they received from uploading videos to foreign resources completely eclipsed all logic and common sense.
During the investigation, the group was supported by the shadowy owners of this entire sex studio business. Several lawyers were arranged for them (and our heroine, unfortunately for her, ended up with a free public defender). No one was interested in her fate at all, as long as she nodded her head and said what she was told. Problems began after her relatives, realizing that things were bad, found a lawyer in St. Petersburg. Tatyana Mironova, having studied the case, discovered that at the time of filming the girl was underage, in addition, many videos during this time are still on the Internet, and this is a completely different crime.
In her statement to the investigator, she specifically stated the following:
In this regard, an examination was carried out with the involvement of a doctor of science, who proved in detail that the young model, due to her age, was not aware of the actions being performed on her, was suggestible and susceptible to manipulation by adult criminals.
Article 242.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism) provides for punishment for photographing, filming or videoing a minor for the purpose of producing and (or) distributing pornographic materials or objects, or engaging a minor as a performer to participate in a spectacular event of a pornographic nature, committed by a person who has reached the age of eighteen (those more committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy or by an organized group) term from 8 to 15years imprisonment (!).
After Tatyana Mironova sent the investigation all the necessary statements and documents to be included in the case, the story took a completely different turn. The defender and the girl began to receive the following threats in the messenger (attached screenshots).
The criminals themselves claim that the girl understood what she was doing and, in general, she herself ordered a fake passport from them for 100 thousand, where she had a completely different year of birth. Where did the teenager suddenly find 100 thousand rubles? Pornographers remain tactfully silent. The girl herself states that she showed her real passport to Podlipnov, and he knew that she was only 15 years old, but promised to “come up with something.”
The criminals demand that the girl retract her testimony, and the lawyer withdraw the statement from the investigation, and in general declare that no one forced her to act in pornography, she wanted it herself, and hid her real age from everyone.
To confirm their dark intentions, the scoundrels even posted the home addresses and telephone numbers of potential victims, and recently sent a photo with a geolocation near the lawyer’s house.
The defender immediately filed a statement with the police. The result of the police’s actions is still unknown, as is how the court hearings will proceed in the future, because the pressure on the lawyer and the young defendant may well continue. The lawyer seriously fears for his safety and the life and health of his trustee. The bandits are ready to take any measures so as not to serve 15 years.
