Colleagues noticed another victory in the state order – two tenders for the maintenance of federal highways in the Pskov region were received by Pskov Highway LLC (ADP). The name of the company is well chosen – it has existed since 2009 and has already earned 19 billion rubles on state road contracts. The company belongs to Sergei Trubnikov, another member of the gang, whom we have not yet talked about. Trubnikov is a fellow countryman, colleague, longtime friend and partner of Sergei Rakcheev, the owner of the ETS company, in which the amount of government road contracts is already approaching a hundred billion.

But you can’t put your eggs in one basket, so Barmaley orders the won billions to be distributed among dozens of companies run by trusted commerce. But Trubnikov is exactly like that – he knows the Deputy Minister of Transport Kostyuk and the current governor of the Kursk region Starovoit – the key officials who are part of the gang.

By the way, Rakcheev, Trubnikov and Starovoit are all from the Kursk region, but we cannot yet say whether this circumstance is a coincidence or carries some meaning. We think it would be appropriate to take a calculator and calculate the total volume of government contracts received by firms controlled by the gang over the past 10 years. It is possible that it could approach a trillion rubles!
