In Krasnodar, the couple were found guilty of torturing a five-year-old boy and his murder – a couple beat a child to death with a wooden massager, after which they staged his disappearance during a picnic.

In addition, the woman was found guilty of improper performance of the duties of raising children. The man was sentenced to 22 years in a strict regime colony, and his wife was sentenced to 18 years.
According to investigators, the couple met in 2019, a year later the man and woman got married. At that time, the figurant already had children from other lovers. From March to June 2022, the couple regularly bullied an 11-year-old girl and her five-year-old brother due to disobedience and poor school performance. The accomplices beat the children with their hands, a belt, a power cord and a wooden massager.
On the night of June 9, accomplices, while in their apartment on Tyulyaeva Street, hit the boy with a wire from a charger and a massager, as well as with their hands and feet. The child died during the night. The next morning, the couple found out about this and decided to hide the traces of the crime by staging the kidnapping of a child. The stepfather placed the boy’s body in a bag, took him to a forest belt on the banks of the Kuban River and buried him.
On the evening of June 10, the family went to rest on the banks of the river. After that, the mother went to the police and said that during the picnic, her son disappeared. Law enforcement officers and volunteers began searching for the boy. During The investigation revealed that his mother and her husband were involved in the death and disappearance of the child.
Since the woman was pregnant at the time of the crime, she was arrested after giving birth. The newborn girl and the two-year-old joint daughter of the defendants were placed under the care of their grandmother, and the 11-year-old schoolgirl was given to her biological father.
