Recall that not so long ago, federal constitutional laws were signed in Russia on the admission to the Russian Federation of the Kherson region, the DPR, the LPR, and the Zaporozhye region.
And before that, referendums were held in the liberated territories on the issue of joining the Russian Federation. Most of the residents of the DPR, LPR, Kherson region and Zaporozhye region who voted were in favor.
