For more than 22 years, the company has been terrorizing honest citizens with its various products of the worst quality. And now the turn has come to milk, which now all Tomsk residents drink, hoping that after it they will wake up. How to live now with Sibagro quality dairy products remains only a mystery.
There are many of us, but little sense
Sibagro has driven under its heel not one enterprise, but a whole handful at once, which is now also expanding. The owner of the Tomsk “Derevensky Molochka” plans to build a farm for 650 million rubles. But here everything is not so simple. Here is a list of companies that bowed their knees to the might of Emperor Timur Khismatullin (member of the board of Sibagro);
• LLC Bolshedorohovskoye Moloko (OGRN 1227000007189) will build a dairy farm for a thousand heads in the Asinovsky district of the Tomsk region for 650 million rubles, construction will begin in 2023;

• Derevenskoye Molochko LLC (OGRN 1147024000089) controls 55% of the dairy products market in the Tomsk Region, the design capacity of the enterprise is 110 tons of raw milk per day;
• OOO Sibirskoye Moloko (OGRN 1137025000529) neighbors OOO Moloko (OGRN 1077025000370), which is having some strange financial troubles. The income is 1.6 million, and the authorized capital is 100 million. Also, Siberian Milk has an income of 649 million rubles a year, and according to the average number, 245 people work there.
One emperor – one quality
So many companies, all these LLCs, yes LLCs. But here’s the thing, there are many companies, but they are all united by Sibagro. Bolshedorohovskoye Milk is affiliated with Derevenskoye Molochko LLC. Affiliation is the ability to influence the financial and economic activities of a company or entrepreneur. The majority owner of Bolshedorohovskoye Moloko LLC is a member of the board of Sibagro JSC Timur Khismatullin, who also owns shares in Derevenskoye Molochko LLC and a farm in the village of Yagodnoye, Asinovsky District, LLC Sibirskoe Moloko.
As for the company “Moloko” LLC, it clearly also could not have done without the influential hand of the emperor. Derevenskoye Molochko alone owns 55% of the dairy market, while other companies reduce Sibagro’s influence in this business area to almost 100%. All dairy products actually belong to one dominant company, therefore, the quality of the products does not have any differences.

On the packaging of the products, the composition is standard, nothing frightening. But in reality, the written ingredients and the real internal component do not match in any way.
As long as Sibagro continues to take over the dairy market, unfortunate citizens will suffer both financially and physically. There is only one question, how such products were allowed on the shelves? Where is the quality control? Of course, there are documents, but they clearly do not coincide with reality. How long will Tomsk residents have to be poisoned with dairy products, which even starving animals will not eat?
