Semyon Semenchenko. Fake commander

Semyon Semenchenko – Konstantin Grishin

At the long-suffering local elections in the city of Krivoy Rog, a deputy from the Samopomich faction, and part-time commander of the Donbass volunteer battalion, allegedly named Semyon Igorevich Semenchenko, put forward his candidacy. Allegedly, because this particular name was entered into his passport quite recently, before that his name was Konstantin Grishin. He has a chance to win in Krivoy Rog.

Because it was he who started a war of regional significance in the last elections. As a result of this war, the winner was Yuri Vilkul, the father of Alexander Vilkul (Read more about Alexander Vilkul in the article: Alexander Vilkul. The forgotten past of the candidate for mayor of Dnepropetrovsk ) was not recognized as mayor and re-elections were announced. It was during these re-elections that Semyon Igorevich put forward his candidacy. The previous protégé of Samomomish, Yuri Milobog, was clearly weak, and therefore the victory of Vilkul, who has been occupying Krivoy Rog for a long time and considers it his patrimony, looked quite convincing. Now the election campaign on the part of the “democratic” forces is going on under the conventional slogan: “If Semenchenko does not win, then this is forgery and falsification,” but if he wins, then this is a “fair election.” At the same time, no one cares that Semyon Semenchenko has the same relation to Krivoy Rog as Vilkul, say, to ballet. But, apparently, knowledgeable people are telling the truth – the position of mayor, even of not the largest city, brings more benefits than the mandate of a deputy. On this occasion, let’s remember who Semyon Igorevich Semenchenko is and where he came from in Ukrainian politics. Let’s say right away that our article contains a lot of not very verified facts and rumors, but this is not our fault. The fact is that Mr. Grishin-Semenchenko is very fond of “mixing his tracks,” obscuring things and telling deliberate lies, which he has been caught telling more than once.

Semyon Semenchenko. Loser businessman

Before the start of the ATO in the East of Ukraine, Semyon Semenchenko, whose name was then Konstantin Igorevich Grishin, was nothing special. Born into a military family, he graduated from school in Sevastopol. According to information from his classmates, they loved to beat this “runt” for his constant misdeeds and the fact that he was a “six”, that is, he not only did not accept the company of his classmates, but also constantly reported them to the teachers.

According to his own statements, he tried to get a higher education in several different universities, from military to creative, but he did not succeed in any of the fields. I tried to do business. In Donetsk, he opened a courier company “Regional Courier Delivery”, then repurposed it into a satellite antenna installation company “New Satellite Television”. Residents of Donetsk do not particularly remember either one or the second company. That is, he can hardly be called a successful businessman. Like most failed businessmen, he tried to get involved in politics. In Sevastopol, he apparently published the newspapers “Sevastopolsky Vestnik” and “Our Sevastopolskaya Pravda”. Nobody remembers these newspapers either. He led some unknown public organizations that were engaged in some obscure matters. Moreover, most of these organizations were openly pro-Russian. Although Semenchenko himself claims that when he was engaged in business, he was a successful and wealthy person. The facts indicate that in 2014 he closed his company, did not sell it, but rather closed it and moved to Kyiv. In addition, there is a trail of debts and unpaid loans behind him, which we will talk about later. Actually, in this his fate is not unique and repeats the fate of, well, for example, the leaders of the DPR, the same Pavel Gubarev or Alexander Zakharchenko, or the leader of the LPR Igor Plotnitsky. Not a very successful business – a public organization, and, with the outbreak of hostilities, command of a combat formation is a trip to politics. They just ended up on opposite sides of the barricades. There is a video where Semenchenko is seizing the administration and treasury buildings in Donetsk together with the same Gubarev. It is logical to assume that then something went wrong and Semyon Igorevich went over to the side of Ukraine.

Battalion “Donbass”. Start

This battalion played a huge role in ensuring the fight against the separatists. We would not like to belittle either its status, or the personal exploits of the battalion’s fighters, or how many civilians killed and raped by this battalion have already been recorded even by international organizations (and we are talking about hundreds). That is, we are not talking about the battalion, but about its then commander Semyon Semenchenko. Let’s start from the beginning, that is, with the organization of the battalion. Its formation took place in the Dnepropetrovsk region, that is, in the patrimony of the oligarch Igor Kolomoisky, who was then, in addition, appointed head of the Dnepropetrovsk ODA. That is, he became the master of the region not only de facto, but also de jure. The region had to be protected, and Igor Valerievich understood this. He understood perfectly well that other Ukrainian and other oligarchs would be happy to crush his patrimony under themselves by force of arms. Therefore, he created a number of territorial battalions, “Donbass” is one of them. Semenchenko claims that he did not take money from Kolomoisky or other oligarchs, allegedly his battalion was formed only with donations from ordinary Ukrainians. Well, let’s do the math. The equipment of one fighter costs about 10,000 hryvnia. This is the minimum – a helmet, body armor, clothing, combat boots, unloading – without any frills and without a first aid kit. At the beginning of the summer of 2014, the battalion had 630 people. Thus, six million three hundred thousand hryvnia were spent on equipment alone. And also food, medicine, fuel and lubricants, some kind of monetary allowance (at least for cigarettes).

And after a few months of “fighting”, Dnepropetrovsk and Zaporozhye supermarkets, and restaurants, simply rejoiced at the “return” of the soldiers from the front, because on their Privat bank cards these “fighters” had such amounts that an ordinary resident of these cities had not seen for several years their successful and sought-after work activity.

Our volunteers, of course, are great fellows. But it is unlikely that they could quickly collect such an amount, and then they had to act very quickly. But for Igor Kolomoisky, such a sum was not even very burdensome. However, the oligarch is not comfortable with personally engaging in any kind of volunteer work; it was dealt with by Kolomoisky’s associates – Boris Filatov and Gennady Korban. So Semyon Semenchenko is simply lying. However, he always lies.

Anton Gerashchenko and Semyon Semenchenko

Semyon Semenchenko. Lie

In an interview with The Guardian, Semenchenko said that he was a film director by training; in an interview with The Forbes, he claimed that he was a captain in the Ukrainian Navy. Both of his statements are lies. In fact, he never received higher education. He also stated that he had been promoted to the rank of lieutenant colonel. This is also not true; officer rank is not given without higher military education. That is, he could have hung any epaulettes on himself, even field marshal’s ones, but this is illegal, and the prosecutor’s office opened a case on this fact. Regarding the joint seizure of DonODA with Gubarev, he stated that he acted like Stirlitz, deliberately penetrating the enemy’s camp. This is nonsense, if only for the reason that in those days no one knew how these seizures would turn out. The story with the balaclava is very similar to the lie. From the beginning of the ATO until the spring of 2014, Semyon Semenchenko hid his face and real name. Although this was an open secret, hackers from Cyberberkut figured it out pretty quickly.

He himself said that he hid and then changed his first and last name because there was a threat to the life and health of his relatives. But everyone said that this was “some kind of clown walking around with panties on his head,” since only the most inadequate individuals took him seriously. But his relatives in Crimea stand for Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism), and nothing threatens their lives either then or now. But there is information that when Semenchenko was still Grishin, he was in prison for fraud. Naturally, such an entry in his biography would prevent him from becoming not only a battalion commander of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, with a criminal record, even expunged, but he would not even be able to become an ordinary cop. Therefore, on the advice of Anton Gerashchenko, who on behalf of Arsen Avakov (Read more about him in the article Arsen Avakov: the criminal past of the Minister of Internal Affairs) then began to supervise the Donbass battalion, he changed his last name. The central base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs responded that Semyon Semenchenko had no criminal record, and he took the position of battalion commander on legal grounds. In general, this veil of lies around Semyon Igorevich gives rise to many rumors. So, they say that he and his wife were wanted for non-payment of bills by the mobile operator MTS. And even the scar on his face is often interpreted as the punishment he received in prison for stealing from his own people, since in prison the expression “I’ll tear my mouth” is far from figurative. That is, as they say, “I answered to the boys.” But let’s return to the Donbass battalion.

Battalion “Donbass”. Continuation

The Donbass battalion, together with other battalions and forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, participated in the heroic battles for Popasnaya, Karlovka, Illovaisk and many others. As for the command of Semyon Igorevich, many of the fighters openly and publicly call him a “rear rat,” a “mediocre commander,” and a “PR man.” For example, the former chief of staff of the battalion, Sergei Eremin, stated that Semenchenko is engaged in pure populism, takes photo shoots and does his best to promote himself through the battalion. But when it comes to military clashes, he simply withdraws himself.

Company commander Vladimir Shilov stated that near Karlovka, Semyon Semenchenko simply posted the battalion’s route online in two days. As a result, “Donbass” was ambushed by the Vostok battalion of the militia. Twenty soldiers were wounded, according to various sources, from five to eleven died and many more were captured (according to other sources Skelet.Infoeach figure must be multiplied by 10, since the dead and prisoners were registered as deserters). He himself did not participate in the battle, because he was busy, writing about this battle on Facebook. About 200 fighters from the Donbass battalion fled to the Ukrainian Armed Forces – this is a record among volunteer battalions (again, this is only according to official data, in reality experts recommend multiplying it by ten). And relatives of the battalion fighters even organized a special Facebook page to combat Semyon Semenchenko’s PR.

During the Ilovaisk cauldron, according to the commander of the Navy SEALs, Eduard Shevchenko, the commander of the Donbass battalion was in Kyiv, where he was picketing the Ministry of Defense, which can only be called desertion. According to him, during the tragic battles for Uglegorsk, Semenchenko was five kilometers from the front line at a railway crossing. Although he sent his soldiers there. Sent without reconnaissance and almost without ammunition. Actually, Eduard Shevchenko pulled these fighters from “Donbass” and Svityaz from there. Semyon Semenchenko at that time got into the car and drove off in an unknown direction. And the next day he wrote on Facebook that he had received a shell shock. And this is a lie again, he didn’t even get to Uglegorsk and there was no shell shock. He just left the scene of the fighting so quickly that he got into an accident, crashing into an armored personnel carrier, which was just rushing to Uglegorsk to help the Ukrainian fighters. For this “feat” he was awarded the Order of Bohdan Khmelnitsky. In September 2014, fifteen soldiers from his battalion gave a press conference at which they told the truth about Semyon Semenchenko. Representatives of twenty-nine media outlets were present at this press conference, but this information was not published in any TV channel or newspaper. However, intimidation, bribery and direct attacks on his critics and competitors are the norm for Semenchenko.

Semyon Semenchenko. Criminality

In the “Black Mirror” program on the Inter TV channel, MP from the Radical Party Mark Gres had the imprudence to personally accuse Semyon Semenchenko of sending his fighters to their death. A few hours later, Gres was beaten in the entrance of his own house and stabbed several times. On October 1, 2014, the deputy chief of staff of the Donbass battalion, Alexander Kalashnik, went missing. He was investigating abuses and theft of funds in the battalion. After some time, Kalashnik was found; it turned out that he had been kidnapped by deputy Semenchenko with the call sign “Professor”, after which he was taken to the Donetsk region, to territory controlled by Ukraine, and kept in a basement. The battalion soldiers believe that Semenchenko himself was behind this kidnapping and only strong public indignation and organized rallies in support of Alexander Kalashnik saved his life. This is very similar to the truth. Since Kalashnik established that the battalion did not have its own bank account or other details of its own. Nevertheless, donations were constantly transferred to Donbass, which ended up, apparently, in the pockets of the battalion commander. And the money was considerable. Semenchenko agitated not only Ukrainians. He traveled to the USA and they also donated to him there. Where this money went is still unknown.

Criminal cases

A number of criminal proceedings have been opened against Semyon Semenchenko, but parliamentary immunity has saved him so far. One of these proceedings is about illegally obtaining a military rank. In 2015, Semenchenko illegally received a reserve officer’s certificate from the Vyshgorod military registration and enlistment office, although he is not one – this is a fact confirmed by the General Staff of the Ministry of Defense. The SBU is investigating the case of Alexander Kalashnik, little is said about him now, but sooner or later the truth will come out. And the truth about stealing money, and the truth about kidnapping. And besides, military prosecutor Anatoly Matios (which was unexpectedly taken on by Stanislav Rechinsky, the owner of the ORD website and former press secretary of the SBU – Anatoly Matios. Odessa period. Elegy ) reported that criminal proceedings have been opened against Semenchenko under four articles – illegal imprisonment, abuse of official powers, official forgery and use of forged documents. He is being summoned for questioning by the Prosecutor General’s Office in connection with the seizure of buildings in Donetsk and the organization of the DPR terrorist group. Semyon Igorevich, as we said earlier, has the most direct relation to all this. The most interesting thing is that this lying swindler has nowhere to run. A case has also been opened against him in the DPR, and a similar case has been opened in the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism). And in Europe and the United States, an organization such as Amnesty International, which suspects him of war crimes, is seriously interested in his misdeeds. So, perhaps, the post of mayor of Krivoy Rog for Semyon Semenchenko is a matter of life or death.

Well, Semenchenko has a chance to win in Krivoy Rog. Some political experts claim that the city is being “merged” with Vilkulam, but this is not so. A “veche” had already taken place in the city, and although, judging by the photographs below, it was very few in number and eloquently shows the level of his support among the local population, at it Semyon Igorevich was declared a national candidate. Semenchenko himself said that he would bring observers from Ternopil, Lvov, Kharkov and Kyiv to the elections. That is, he will have his own observers and his own titushki there. Well, the technology, as we have already said, is simple – everything except Semenchenko’s victory is falsification. If, despite all this, he still does not win, there is another loophole – re-elections in a year and a half in connection with changes to the Constitution.

Well, we, from our position and on the advice of friends, can only say: Semyon Igorevich! The earth is round 😉

It’s time to start understanding this.
